I have used this site before and was very impressed with the quality of the product
Quick and easy ordering. The delivery time was later than I had hoped and the recipient had to wait for it and nearly missed it because she had to leave at a certain time. She said the arrangement was nice, though. The delivery charge was higher than what I had expected, but part of this was due to the exchange rate between the US and Canadian dollar now.
My order was delivered the day after Christmas instead of the day before as ordered. It was very wilted and looked nothing like the centerpiece I ordered. Totally unsatisfied with Justflowers and with the florist who finally delivered the centerpiece two days after the party took place. Paid almost $100 and I had to fight for weeks to get a small portion of that amount refunded. Will NEVER do business with them again.

I was very disappointed with your company. After receiving emails daily for a couple days I had to call because the order still did not arrive on the day or even within 3-4 days of date. After talking with customer service we had agreed upon the fact that she herself would call me when order was received, she would call the recipient, refund $10. And asured me that the order would be received that day. I still have not received her call! She had stated that there was no florist in the location to fill the order...really? Post falls, ID has no florist! She did give refund of $10. This was the only compensation she would offer. Even when I ask for what could be done. This was the best she would do. I should have asked to speek with her manager. Although the florist that did deliver did a fine job...because of the delay and less then satisfactory results I will not be purchasing from your websit again. I have since purchased from another website and what I paid for was delivered on the day I set (next business day) thus showing that I just chose the wrong company when I used your company. Some company's DO follow through with what they offer and I am completely satisfied with there service. Again I will not use your site in the future and if anyone ever asks me I will let them know this is NOT the company to use.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
