This website was very difficult to use and it kept tossing out my delivery information as I would enter it.
In addition the only to order two things to go to one place, required that I re-enter all the same delivery information again.
I would want this website to be made much easier to use to come back again.

I ordered the flowers for my wife for christmas, they came the following day, I will in the future just pick up flowers at my local florist, I will NEVER use your service again and will recommend to anyone I hear who is thinking of using your service to not do that. The only offer your company offered me was to cancel my order after it wasn't delivered, that's a terrible business model, I hope you go out of business
The arrangement was not delivered on the date requested. I called customer service, and the arrangement was delivered the following day. Fortunately, in this case, the exact of delivery was not important. The arrangement was beautiful and lasted a long time.
I was disappointed that I could not get what I had ordered but I was offered a replacement option. I did appreciate that I got a call to confirm the substitution.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
