For a funeral I chose express delivery and they did not receive flowers until late in the day. I called and the lady even told me I was guaranteed by 5. Then what is the point of express delivery? Make it clear on the website of these conditions as I see it as very deceptive. My friend even said I should get a refund. And the flowers looked nothing like the picture even though I upgraded. I've used you before but never again. All it took was a sales rep who sounded like she was reading from a script and bad service for you to lose a customer. I will be sure and tell everyone I know not to use this service and for them to go to the florist directly.
2 months to confirm an order? Wow. It is a good thing I called my 90 year old aunt to confirm the flowers!
How far ahead do you deliver? My sister-in-law will be celebrating her 79th birthday on 11-6-15. Is it too early to place my order and take advantage of the generous $10.00 gift you have sent to me after my first order.
Large variety of flowers. The website is very user friendly. I had sent the flowers to my mom in the hospital, and the flowers came extremely fast, which worked out good, since she was discharge earlier than planned. The flowers were substituted, but I believe they were of higher value, and although I didn't see them, my mom just loved them! It was a very good experience, and I would recommend this website to others.

I was disappointed in that once order was placed and confirmed. They call back the next day to inform me that i didnt meet the minimum dollar amount for a delivery. I had to add an additional $21 to the order. Not very professional

This order was placed in May and the flowers were delivered nearly 2 months ago - to my in-laws in MD. I'm not sure why I am being asked about this now - but all went well.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
