This service is the closest thing to a scam one can find that is strictly legal but really a ripoff. They regularly contact customer after sale claiming that the florist needs more money. I checked this out with several florists and found out that "Justflowers" is their worst nightmare since it is destroying their online business. My best advice through my experience is RUN don't walk AWAY from JUST FLOWERS

I have always been pleased. No hassles, that's good given that flowers are sentimental.
I'm sorry, I did not get to see the product, it was a gift and so I cant honestly comment on whether or not it was worth the $$. I used to work for a florist and I know that sometimes what you want is always what ends up going out. It would be helpful to see the product but that's the drawback of not picking them & delivering them yourself. I'm sure they were nice.

I was not happy as the delivery was promised on the day, However they arrived a day late after her birthday, I don't think the flowers were value for money, I will not be purchasing flowers this way in future, I will be going to USA next May,I will find a florist near to my cousin and make arrangements for them to deliver flowers in future, very dissatisfied customer.
Would be better if i could click a price range and the whole price including shipping was included.

So far this time I am quite pleased with the experience! I will say that the time before this last I was sorely disappointed due to the fact that the flowers arrived at the funeral less than 5 minutes before the service! Not great,,,
Customer service rep. Called me after order was submitted on Saturday. They were scheduled for delivery on Monday. They actually were not delivered till today (Tuesday Sept. 22).
Recipient said they were very beautiful, thank you for the upgrade due to not being able to deliver them at the scheduled time.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
