The flowers hop that gave me confidence when it comes on telling a friend. Well, the service is great and they send the flowers on time. So, works for me.
The order I placed was to have been delivered the same day. I live in NC and the delivery was for our daughter having surgery in WA. It was late afternoon the following day before the flowers were delivered. When they weren't there when expected, I called to find out when the delivery was to take place and was told "some time tomorrow." It would have been nice to receive a phone call letting me know of the late delivery from you, instead of me having to follow up.

I have never ordered online before. I will watch for the delivery and pray the arrangement looks like your advertisement and we are NOT disappointed.
The flowers delivered were NOT as ordered. I had verbally confirmed with "Customer Service" that I wanted a "Sister" banner on the flowers = it was not there. After the delivery I called - said it was not charged and not on the order. I had two deliveries to the same location at the same time and had been charged 2 delivery charges. I was refunded $10 for the poor arrangement of flowers and also refunded $9.99 for the second delivery charge. Needless to say, I was VERY DISSATISFIED!
I only use Just Flowers for all my floral orders. Best website and best service.

I gave your firm two day notice for the delivery, for the recipients birthday, which was on Friday.
The flowers were delivered on the following Monday. Always an excuse.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
