Just Fashion Now clothes are cheap inferior synthetic material, bad sizing, poor fit. Descriptions lie when it claims fabric content is cotton. Such poor synthetic quality that these dresses cannot be worn in public. Wasted $125 and had to wait 2 months to receive order. Even the bra was a small, when I ordered a larger size. I received order some time ago - still trying to return- sent to address on package. After a lengthy time package returned - no one at that address. No paper work or return instructions in this package. They should be take n off of the internet - what a scam. Still trying to contac but no way to do that - very disappointing - thats why we should shop American in name brand stores.

Read the 5 star reviews & then tell me those are honest. The spelling, punctuation & wording look like they used a thesaurus to write them, not the way a typical American would put sentence structure together. This is Chinese, low quality crap that you have to spend a small fortune on to send it back when it doesn't fit or is of poor quality. Avoid.

I don't know who the liars are that gave this company good reviews. They are a fraudulent company that shows pic of clothes that are high quality looking and then when you receive you find that they are nothing like pics. You cant get reunds back, they lie and say they have refunded your money when they haven't. I going to Contact State Attorney In Kentucky about this company. They don't tell you that the clothes are from China and that it takes forever to get them.

Products are NOT how they look in the pictures, fabrics are very poor in quality, uneven sewing. Return policy is fake, as shipping is a lot more expensive than the purchase itself, so I ended up tossing all items in the garbage. I strongly regret having wasted my money with this awful company.

The products are inferior and sizing may be OK if you live in China. You CANNOT return anything unless you pay postage to China and even then you will never see a refund. They make you return to some obscure place in China very onerous and mail service could take 6 months or more. They should not get even 1 star... they should be banned from online selling.

I ordered according to size chart and items were still too small. Returns have to go back to CHINA, which is costly, slow and at your expense. They offered me a compensation of 15% to keep rather than return. Depending on how much you spent, it's basically pennies on the dollar. I think the fabrics and construction was subpar at best. I will trust my instincts next time and order nothing from China.

I followed all the many instructions for return but have yet to receive a refund. Emails go unanswered, live chat gives you the runaround. The dress I ordered didn't look anything like the one pictured and the sizing was ridiculous. I've seen the same dresses advertised online supposedly from disserent companies. Really liked the clothes but when I received them I needed to return some items and I was not able to find where I send them back. I sent a email and no one has responded and I'm not able to get my money back. I havent received all of my purchase and I'm very disappointed in this company and will NEVER purchase again. I'm sad about that as the clothes were very nice looking but some of the products were not sized properly and fit terribly. Very disappointed with the customer service and not being able to return items.

Buyer Beware! If items don't fit or are wrong, you have to return them to China which costs more to send than if the items & can include customs costs! The products I received were all too small & didn't correspond with the sizes/measurements given on each item. Nothing fit out of 5 items! Materials were not as advertised & cheap... the pictures are very misleading. So very disappointed & disgusted with their customer service.

I was charged for my order without a confirmation number and had no way to communicate with this company when my order had not arrived. Once it id several weeks late trying to exchange or return anything is a nightmare. You have 15 days to return items. They never get back with you on a return address even though they say they will within 48 hours.
I was charged for my order without a confirmation order number and no correspondence with an email after the order way placed. No response on emails sent 3 separate times regarding the return of products that did not fit. No return address provided to this date 4/2/2021. Customer service is poor and 27 complaints have been filled against this company.
The clothes are beautiful as are the colors. Prices are so reasonable.
Sizes run small through the bust.

This company is selling merchandise at clothing sizes that are cut very small to actual size which means an XXL fits like a Medium. When trying to return items, you are required to ship back to an international address which may entail additional shipping costs and fees. Items appear to have been shipped from within the US per the address I used on packaging but was returned to me because the address was not valid, so I wasted approximately $13.70 in shipping cost. You are required to send back overseas. This is unacceptable from a consumer perspective.

I was very excited from the start, as I liked a lot of dresses you offer. They all look so good on pictures.
However, when I got them delivered, it was very different story. Mainly fit and quality of fabric, or actual style which didn't suit to me.
So I send the email according to pamphlet enclosed in the parcel, regarding returns. To this day I didn't get the reply with instructions, how and where to send unwonted items and get refund. This must be 14 days now at least. Please help. Eva Noll

We were very disappointed when we received their product. What we saw on the website looked very nice. The cat depicted looked realistic and very cute. The fleece material looked warm. What we received, on the other hand, was embarrassingly bad. The fleece is of low quality. And the cat? Probably something a child made for a school project. Please compare the photos. They should really use photos of their products on their web page instead of something they are hoping to make. Sorry for a bad review. We will not shop here again.

I'm really disappointed in the dresses I bought. One was supposed to be brown, and it was beige. A poor color against the skin. The red shirt-waist was odd, just didn't fit right. The fabric on both was very cheap looking and stiff. I'd be afraid to wash them. Sending them back if I can figure out how. Their website doesn't offer any assistance.

I ordered a number of items. The clothing items that did arrive, after months of waiting, were primarily made of plastics. More ways for China to poison us. With thousands of complaints how are they allowed to continue selling online? Beware because this company goes under several names. WOWEE what a selection! I couldn't wait to get my three shirts. I am a true small, and of course ordered Small… when they came, I loved the design, fabrics and workmanship. HOWEVER, the shirts. We're TOO big… I contacted customer service, they said rather than me returning the items, they would give me 15% of the retail price, which I have yet to receive. I doubt that I will reorder from this company again.

I live in a rural area in a small town so there are no neighbors and we know the person that delivers packages. So I was charged for two shirts I did not get and could not get help with my purchase. Feb - March 2022:
I bought 3 blouses, 1 dress and 1 pair of sandals. All are cheap plastic and weird sizing. Totally not usable. Totally not like the wonderful ad photos they use. I was extremely disappointed. The sandals were such a hard plastic I couldn't wear them at all. Their "Simple Return Policy" is not. You pay shipping and customs back to China. Ha ha. They did offer me an approx. $15 refund on a $120 order... if I returned (my US shipping would probably be around $10 - $12). Stay away from JustFashionNow!;-(

This company is a ripoff. They don't send entire order and then claim that they did. The products are cheaply made. Your return will be to China. I ordered two items, one shipped. They produced a shipping order showing both items, so my credit card company sided with them. The item I received was so small and cheap: seams that are loose and threads sticking out of every seam. It's not wearable. Don't waste your money, you won't be the exception to their dirty business practices!

Terrible. My purchase did not fit. When I tried to return it for a better size it was like jumping through hoops.
Had to jump through hoops to find out how to do a return. I was told I would have to pay shipping charges plus customs fees to return it, or that they would give me 15% of my purchase price. This is not acceptable to me.
I liked a dress I saw on their internet site.
It looked just like what I was looking for.
I do not understand any of the positive reviews for this company; advertising is extraordinarily deceptive; the "woolen" "sweater" is in fact a polyester coat with the motive PRINTED on it (not knitted or woven, as they advertise it) it looks like a Halloween costume - be aware! See photos of polyester coat! Very poor quality garments.
