Sizing usually consistent. I have had a couple of shirts that I thought were from same "brand" or "manufacturer" and the sizing was different - that's a pity. Really liked the clothes but when I received them I needed to return some items and I was not able to find where I send them back. I sent a email and no one has responded and I'm not able to get my money back. I havent received all of my purchase and I'm very disappointed in this company and will NEVER purchase again. I'm sad about that as the clothes were very nice looking but some of the products were not sized properly and fit terribly. I was charged for my order without a confirmation number and had no way to communicate with this company when my order had not arrived. Once it id several weeks late trying to exchange or return anything is a nightmare. You have 15 days to return items. They never get back with you on a return address even though they say they will within 48 hours.
I was charged for my order without a confirmation order number and no correspondence with an email after the order way placed. No response on emails sent 3 separate times regarding the return of products that did not fit. No return address provided to this date 4/2/2021. Customer service is poor and 27 complaints have been filled against this company.
The clothes are beautiful as are the colors. Prices are so reasonable.
Sizes run small through the bust.

I'm really disappointed in the dresses I bought. One was supposed to be brown, and it was beige. A poor color against the skin. The red shirt-waist was odd, just didn't fit right. The fabric on both was very cheap looking and stiff. I'd be afraid to wash them. Sending them back if I can figure out how. Their website doesn't offer any assistance.

WOWEE what a selection! I couldn't wait to get my three shirts. I am a true small, and of course ordered Small… when they came, I loved the design, fabrics and workmanship. HOWEVER, the shirts. We're TOO big… I contacted customer service, they said rather than me returning the items, they would give me 15% of the retail price, which I have yet to receive. I doubt that I will reorder from this company again.

I bought 3 blouses, 1 dress and 1 pair of sandals. All are cheap plastic and weird sizing. Totally not usable. Totally not like the wonderful ad photos they use. I was extremely disappointed. The sandals were such a hard plastic I couldn't wear them at all. Their "Simple Return Policy" is not. You pay shipping and customs back to China. Ha ha. They did offer me an approx. $15 refund on a $120 order... if I returned (my US shipping would probably be around $10 - $12). Stay away from JustFashionNow!;-(

I have never seen such a poor quality in my life, the items they publish and see is NOT at all the items you will get. It look like children made it as punishment in school

I'm extremely disappointed in the product they sent. It does NOT look like the pictures. Only the socks and boots that were ordered look like what's in the picture. The tops look like someone took a picture of the fabric and printed it on cheap polyester fabric from the 70's. My warning to people is beware. Just know that what you order from the picture will not show up looking like the quality in the picture. So, yeah, I'm extremely disappointed.
Because an add popped up and there were really cute clothes that looked like quality products that were not too expensive. Boy was I wrong. As a company you should be ashamed of duping people.

I purchased two pair of "cotton-blend" leggings ("pants") with snaps. Looked matt cotton in photo. When they arrived, they were very shiny polyester. Label did not indicate what percentage of product was cotton/polyester. Seams were poorly done, making snaps come up between the front side of leg, instead of on the side of the calf as shown in the photo. If you try to return the product for a refund, they say their return location is China, knowing full well the shipping costs are more than the product cost. They even told me there might be duties on top of shipping which I said, "Why since they're labeled 'Made in China'?" They offered me a 15% refund, then 25%. I guarantee those polyester shiny fabric pants cost no more than $3 to make. Justfashionnow will do everything they can to ensure you keep the product. They're making buckets of money off of us naïve westerners. Lesson learned: If the website does not indicate where they are located, guaranteed they're in China and they'll force you to return product to China.

I ordered some slippers (that they called socks), but got something very different from what was shown on their website. I notified them via their chat the day I got my delivery. For over an hour I was subject to exceedingly long waits only to get responses that did not address my issue so I asked for a supervisor to contact me. I waited for several days and one never did so I requested a refund + shipping using their online return form. I provided photos showing the difference from what they sent vs what was on their site. They wrote back asking for more photos of labels, packing and more. It was ridiculous what they wanted pictures of. After I did so they claimed I got the right item and that I requested a refund after 15 days, which was too late to get one. I wrote back, told them I first contacted them the day I got my order and sent more photos showing the differences. They still refused to issue me a refund. The socks on their site had blue yarn on the sides and leather on the bottoms. What they sent did not. See the photos below. The first two show what they sent me. The second two show what was on their website. They are obviously not the same!

The merchandise received has a noxious odor that causes my lungs to restrict (asthmatic response that requires use of my inhaler) as well as inflaming my sinuses so that I had a runny nose and sneezed for several hours after opening the package.
Obviously, I find the merchandise unfit to wear. I tried to return the items, but the merchant refused to give me a prepaid shipping label. The cost to ship the defective clothing back to China is expensive—$35-$45 US. I can understand the buyer paying if the buyer changed his/her mind. But, when the merchandise is a health hazard triggering sinus and asthmatic reactions, the merchant should be responsible and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Also, one tee shirt was not included in my package. The merchant seems to be giving me a difficult time about refunding the undelivered tee shirt—I can not send back what I did not receive.
One dress that I did try on was sewn incorrectly—the liner on one side of the top is wider than the other side.

Don't buy. Ads are completely misleading. Fabrics are cheapest synthetics, feel like plastic. No embroidery. It's a lie. They print on plastic patterns which are hideous and don't look like ads. Even colors are garish.

This is my first time ordering from your company. I was extremely disappointed with most of the items. The descriptions said "cotton" and they certainly were not cotton! I live in California and the material is a synthetic and will exacerbate sweating ++. Too bad. Your photography is amazing and makes one want all the items, but buyer beware... It took me a little while to get used to your format. I hope that the items meet or exceed my expectations and the pictures. This is my first time ordering from your company.
I made a mistake of ordering from that company. I checked their return policy - everything seemed normal - they would accept returns and issue a refund. I ordered a Floral-Print Casual Crew Neck Shirt because it looked soft and loose and I ordered 2xl - a size larger than I usually wear (order *******). The item that arrived is made of stiff non-stretchy fabric and is the same width at shoulders and hem. The kitty one-size socks measure 5.5" at sole and definitely would fit any cat, but very few adult women. When I attempted a return i was informed that the goods have to be returned to China (shipping starts at $37) and I may be responsible for customs fees. Or they offer me %15 refund and I can keep the goods. I think it's a deliberate scam to discourage people from returning substandard goods. Stay away.

The materials are horrible and the size chart is definitely off. If you want to send the clothing back, they do not pay the shipping fees. I tried to $135.00 of clothing back and took the package to the post office. It was going to cost me $75.00 to send it back to China and there is no guarantees of getting your money. I'll give it to somebody in need before I will spend another $75.00. Don't buy their clothing, it is not what you think it is.

Do not order from. Crap materials. They want you to return everything to China and it cost a lot of money to do so. It has to go through customs. I believe it is sort of a scam. I believe they have warehouses in the U.S., but when you need to ship anything back they make you pay of the shipping and send it to China. It would have cost me $75.00. They are not very clear on if they will refund you the money you spent. I'll give it to Good Will before I'll spend $75.00 to ship to China.

After numerous emails back and forth with this company we finally agreed on an amount of a refund. They offered an 80% refund on one order even though the words were misspelled on the t-shirts and 100% refund on 2 items I never received. It has been 3 weeks and still have not received the funds.

Upon buying 11 items... and trying to add the $20 off discount that they said I would get after spending $119... and seeing that the free shipping would be given to me after spending $109... I realized that it was false advertising! I needed some summer clothes so I tried JustFashionNow and had a hair pulling out kinda experience. I basically begged them to look over my 25 or so email and be fair and finally they did so I thought I'd give them a second chance. It's the same nightmare?
