Offered first pair for £9 on a TV ad, saw online they did a 'buy one get one free' section with the shoes shown still up to the 75% off as offered on the advert yet when I added two, it suddenly changed to their typical '2 for £35' offer instead meaning I could only purchase one pair to get it for £9, plus delivery is about £4 which means I'm hardly saving anything. Definitely not worth the time wasting. Plus you only get 2 hours to use the 'up to 75% off' VIP deal. No point since I've emailed them with queries on why the '2 for 1' offer doesn't get added to my basket. What a joke.
Ive ordered a couple pairs from their site, they are nothing spectacular and honestly my feet get pretty cut up from loose stitching or rough edges but im financially tight and i nust wanted a cheap pair of shoes. What they failed to mention is they automatically take ( in my case) anywhere betwen 40 and 60 bucks out of your account every month. I had called after i noticed the first transaction and the lady assured me that it would not happen again. It has now been 4 months and i cant get my money back. Luckily for me my credit card expires soon and then hopefully that will make it clear i want nothing to do with this company. Really unfortunate that all i wanted was a pair of shoes and now justfab has 200 dollars from me and theres nothing i can do about it. They have yet to reimburse me even when i cancelled my membership. Save yourself the grief and go to your local shops, at least then your hard earned money goes to someone deserving.
Took $39.95 for 5 months, it means justfab took $199 from me but will just refund 100. Because one of the call center employee LIED telling me the charge would never happen again when I called two months prior about the charges.
So if don't shop they will charge $39.95 every month. The shoes are cheap made so watch out for the quality, the boots I bought ripped with one month of use, that's why I didn't buy anything else but didn't know they would charge me for not using the account.

Took £70 out of my bank without me know... and yes you will say "its on the terms and conditions" but the question is why don't you make them more visible rather than stealing money from people and refusing to refund them which I am pretty sure is not legal by the way. The quality of the boots were of a very low standard in the first place and then you have the cheek to take £35 a month out of bank accounts without properly informing them. Your call centre staff were the most unhelpful people I have ever spoken with and after saying I will contact citizen advice they finally agreed to refund half of my money which still isn't acceptable(which hasn't happen yet)
I have reported Just Fab to watchdog and I have requested my bank to stop any further payments to your $#*!ty website

He Told Me The Credit Points Couldn't Go Unused I Told Them That Was Not My Problem So About An Hour Later They CHARGED MY DAMN CARD! I Called Them Snd Told Them That An Unauthorized Transaction Was Made And Its Illegal! So They Told Me They Would Refund Me My Money Plus More! TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH YOUR MONEY AND CREDIT CARD PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS JUST FAB BULL$#*!

The shoes I ordered were ok but nothing special for the price... I didn't realise that creating an account would give justcrap permission to take £35 a month out of my account every month without my permission... after contacting just fab they informed me I could skip a month by logging on a few days before, like everyone has time to do that every month! They said they would deactivate my account but couldn't refund the money taken out and I could spend it on anything on the website to the value of £35 after spending a fortune on calls I gave in and agreed to do that... although when I tried it kept saying it was an invalid purchase. So now I have to live with the fact I have a mediocre pair of shoes for £70 that's if they don't take anymore. I'm appalled at this and suprise its even legal.

Subscription is not clear on mobile websites. They take 35 each month if you are unaware. The quailty of their products are not worth the price. You can get the same quality of products from primark or new look for literally half the price. Its near enough a scam.
I only bought one pair of shoes and before i knew it ebay had me on a contract taking out £35 every month, for 5 whole months before i noticed, they Even contact you to say their taking money out my account, the quality of the clothes is ridiculous, it is the esact material as the items i have purchased from china. I placed my first order with just fab recently and was hesitant in doing so as I had no prior experience with just fab. But I love all my items. The jumpsuits I got are adorable. The white pants fit like a glove - my man lost it when he saw me in them. And sizing is accurate. 27 fit me like 27, small fit me like a small. The 5 pairs of shoes I got were as described and comfortable. I am not dissapointed with their products at all. The only downfall is for us Canadian buyers -1 it is in US dollars so remember that and 2- CUSTOMS! Just fab does not list under 100$ on package they note exact amount so you end up paying high customs they also send my one order in 3 seperate packages I ended up paying $80 in customs for $700cdn in clothing. Which has led me to decide I won't place large orders with them again. But otherwise. I don't see why anyone would have complaints

Honestly I went on here to check about Asos quality and saw it was terrible and decided I would never shop from there... Just for fun I thought I would check about a site that I love just fab so see if it got the complements it deserved, I was shocked to see how bad it was rated and realized that the people on here are only those that had a bad experience, because who writes about the good ones? It clearly states that you have to join vip to get the good deals. Or I just read carefully before entering my card info into a website. You have five days to push a button to skip the month so you won't be charged. I also have a alarm to remind me. The one time I did forget, yes it kind of sucked that the money was taken out but that was on me! I forgot. However it forced me to get a cute pair of heels which I loved. Quality is great for the price and i have never had a issue with shipping. Everyone I know always loves the shoes I buy from them and I always recommend the website.

I have cancelled my shoe order and the membership as it is not something I wanted to sign up to and I believe is very unclear.
I asked them to keep the shoes I ordered after finding out that there was a membership fee of £35 involved. they said that they would cancel my order and refund me the money that I spent on the shoes.
so the money should never have gone out- 2 days later I check my bank and the £10 for the shoes + £7.96 for postage = £17.96 gone from my account. when I called them I said that I cancelled my order they said I had to cancel within 48 hours of making the order - I cancelled the order in 12 hours... they said that my membership has been cancelled but they could not refund me the money for the shoes until I sent them back however I had already cancelled this order..... I HAVE CALLED MY BANK AND ASKED THEM TO BLOCK ANY MORE PAYMENTS FROM JUSTFAB AS I HAVE TERMINATED MY MEMBERSHIP .... I would advise others to do this - I'm not sure if they have tried to take any more payment but hopefully this works!!! don't get involved with them !!! not fair that they are not refunding some people I hope they don't take my money !!!
Just Fab is a horrible company. They're going to hide in fine print that you're going to be continuously charged by the month for having bought one item one time and it was $#*!ty quality at that. I called in to customer service at: *******003 and lost my mind because I never signed up for VIP but was charged for it. They tried to make me keep VIP but I held my ground and gave them adequate sass and they caved and decided it was fair to let me cancel a membership I never wanted in the first place. Then when I addressed the charge they told me it would stay on my account until I wanted to use it. I told them I hated the $#*!ty quality shoes I'd received and had no intention of ever shopping there again based on my experience, so I suggested they reimburse my money. They finally caved and put the money through. (don't back down) The charge was reversed and I was happy. Until a month later when I got yet another justfab VIP charge, They had returned my last months payment but still charged me for VIP this month. I just got off the phone with a poor customer service agent who took the wrath of a very angry customer. She finally removed my account, and after another fight reimbursed me the money again. As far as I know my mmbership has finally been cancelled however I suggest keeping a heavy eye on your credit card statements after ever doing business with these crooks. Justfab is more like justCRAP and they think they're sneaky.

JustFab continued to charge my account $39.99 AFTER I cancelled. Honestly, their "fashion consultant Jon" actually hung up on me! If you can't take the heat Jon, get the hell out of the kitchen!" The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
