I really enjoy a lot of the clothes on JustFab and the styles are very current. It offers a ton of clothing and the sales are amazing! I buy so many shoes, clothes, and accessories on this website now and now I think a lot of my wardrobe includes JustFab products.
I only wish that they would have more petite clothing. I also have heard that it is hard to cancel a subscription, I am not looking to cancel mine anytime soon but one of my friends claimed she had to talk to somebody on the phone in order to cancel and that it was a long process.

They were supposed to be charging me 39.99 per month and I was charged over $60 a month. I was told I had a credit and when I went to use it I was charged twice once for my credit and again to receive this unusable credit. I was told that I could skip months of the charge and when I did I was still charged and received that again unusable credit. The shoes I ordered are very uncomfortable and gave me multiple blisters. I feel robbed. When I tried to cancel my account they told me if I did this unusable credit would go to waste. Products are cheaper in store when you consider how many times you get charged for your stuff. 2 pairs of shoes $120 later for garbage.

So, I actually bought something from Fabletics, and not JustFab (apparently they are same company). However, I have unknowingly been billed £44 every month since, BY JUSTFAB! Why? I made a one-off purchase in good faith and you have taken over £200 from me. I wish I had spotted it before now, but what a disgraceful business, setting people up to make regular payments for services they didn't ask for or want. Still trying to cancel and get my hard-earned money back now! No luck so far. AVOIS, AVOID, AVOID!

I bought some items when they were on sale at 40 percent off, I returned the items because their sizing changed and they did not fit properly. I opted for store credit because otherwise I would be charged a 5.95 restocking fee. Now that they are offering a 40 percent discount once again they would not allow me to use my credit against this discount. I asked for a refund back to my credit card and they also said they did not have this option, They could sent me check instead which will take about 12 weeks to receive. Very disappointed in the customer service I received today. Also notable, I did not get an email to leave how I felt about my customer service which I always have in the past.

Oh god. Goos reviews are truly fake reviews here. I should have read reviews from here before buying anything from justfab. They deducted 4 times 39.9 euros. I got it cancelled and asked for repay of money. They said not possible and we have to buy something from there. Then I started shopping there for my own credit and again it asks for payment method.! Sucks. I had to buy something from there which are priced 4 times higher than normal price. Highly pathetic. I think consumer complaints are so high here they should block such way of online shopping. I. never had such horrible experience. I
Now I am waiting for my orders and rest money back to my account and no more credits from my account.

I recently bought a pair of shoes on sale from here and I JUST received them today. I know they were on sale so a little wear doesn't bother me. What bothers me is the fact that I got one shoe in a 6(my heel size) and the other came in a 5.5 as if I couldn't notice the difference? The bow on the back fell off before I even put the shoe on and there are scuff marks on the bottom. I should have read the reviews before buying from JustFab. Please don't waste your money!

These shoes look cute, but are made cheaply and don't last long. I had a few pairs fall apart after three months of use, only wearing them a few times, before I gave up on this brand. I called and spoke to customer service and they would not offer a refund or credit and could not exchange this order as it was no longer available.

First, they told my girl friend she can skip a month when ever she would like, but you can only skip a month between the 1st and 5th of every month is what it said when I looked it up online. On the website it clearly states that orders over 39.00 have free shipping. When they took money out of her account and we called to ask why and after about 30 Minutes Of trying to figurer everything out and why she was -70 in her account because of the money they took out, she tried to cancel after but the woman said she couldn't she had to use the points she was giving her because they wouldn't give us the money back just store credit, She used her points and it came out to 39.96, when she tried to purchase it. They already took the points away. So we called again and the guy told her that the order was not free shipping only with order that are 39.98 and over. She called him out for it and he said he would take away the change and it would be okay. I looked up videos and more reviews and some people love this place and others don't, just not a place I'm going to be go to or tell people about. Thank you

So, I created an account almost a year ago and a couple of weeks later I called and cancelled the account (since they charge you at LEAST £39.95 EVERY month, doesn't matter if you use their service or not.
The woman on the phone said everything was taken care of and that was that. I thought.
Now, almost a year later I see something in my bank statement. They haven't cancelled anything at all, they're STILL charging me every month. And they've been doing it at the most random dates so I have never noticed until now.
And now, all they can do is cancel them and give me back my money for this month. NOT the other months that they've wrongfully charged me for.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Been shopping with JustFab for years. They have a great selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories, and their customer service is top notch--there have been several times where an item I ordered didn't fit right, and all I had to do was start a return, print a label that they supply, and send it back work no charge to me.

I was charged $39.95 for 2 months, without a notification. I was so upset to see that they have been charging me for this VIP membership. I cancelled my membership a month in and it took about 2 hours of discussion. Credit services won't refund the extra month they took from me, but instead gave me a "credit" to buy more shoes that I can't even use anymore because it's a bogus ticket. Their shoes are okay quality and not even worth the buy.
It's ridiculous and it is just better to keep out of JustFab because it's JustBS.

I ordered shoes and a pair of overalls the overalls fit wonderfully they ordered them in a size 16 that's usually what size I wear I order them to work together and they look beautiful

Recently orders 2 pairs of boots did not like the fit,, calf was too snug otther wise they are adorable
I've been dealing with justfab/ShoeDazzle for 3 years now or so and it isn't worth it. If you want okay quality shoes for a low price sure try it out. But let me warn you you may have to change your card number after purchasing. They will charge you every month and depending on the person that you speak to when you call they will either be calm and issue you a refund or they will be conny and aggressive and tell you every lie as to why they can't give you YOUR money back. Latest excuse now is that it's in their terms and conditions that they CANNOT refund you... when actually it says they cannot issue a refund back in cash!
They say that you can cancel at anytime but STILL be charged the next month. It is just one big scam artist, they try to talk you into these loop holes and tricks just do they can keep your money. I do not recommend this site(s) at all. It's not worth it. Try amazon instead.

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
