So, for me personally, the majority of styles are not for me. I find something every now and again, but is either out of stock already or my size is not available. I do not find that JustFab is worth letting the monthly sub go through. However I have this 3 starts instead of 1 because they do have option to skip a month - which I do dang near ever single month after finding nothing, except recently I actually was able to find something I liked and available in my size, but is first purchase in a year. If it wasn't for the skip a month option, I would have discontinued a long time ago.

I have ordered countless times from JustFab. My most recent order had 4 shoes, 3 same style but different colored heeled boots and one pair of blush heels. Every order I get brings a smile to my face and something fun to my closet. Their shoes are not only comfortable (something I have definitely noticed as the years have gone by, they just keep getting made better and better and with more support) but also very stylish! My feet are naturally wide and all their shoes fit me amazing. Even some of their normal size shoes fit my wide feet. I'm thankful for a company that is size and shape inclusive with still the same great styles. JustFab is the only place I shop for my shoes!

I was a VIP member for a couple months and I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, ended up returning one of them and throwing the other two away. It seems like the shoes are made for showcasing and not for actually wearing them, they are totally uncomfortable and I ended up with severe blisters and bruises in my feet. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I had to so that no one else will experience what I did. It ruined my whole night(and it was my birthday :( ) The thing is you don't understand how bad they are until you actually walk on them and go around with them. Justfab really needs to improve the shoe quality, until then please keep away..

I order one pair of shoes and this company placed me in VIP. That apparently is their rule without my permission. Which means they continue to charge you on your credit card to support their services. What a scam because I could have made these cheap sandels myself. I will be disputing these charges at all cost. By the way their customer service just refer you back to the website. They know there is a super long legal document that allows the company, JustFab, to hide behind. It is all online and how many shoppers have to read a legal document before they order a pair of shoes? How many companies need that if their procedures are legitimate? Beware

Do not use this website or sign up to it. We have been charged every month for the past year without our knowledge. When we tried to call costumer service to end our "vip membership", we got hung up on.

I really like the quality of the products but it the return policy is not good as well as the customer service. I am saying this because i had ordered a pair of canvas shoes but the size i ordered was not exactly same, i got one size big shoes. So i tried to contact customer care but they were very late imean the process to contact them was very long, it took me 2 days to get in touch with them.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
