After years of membership with JustFab, I was sad to see that their styles were not as varied as previously shown. The styles of shoes offered are either dramatic colors, unnecessary decor (tassels, fringe, studs, sequins, etc.), or unavailable for purchase. How do you run out of a certain style of shoes and then never restock? Obviously it was a favorite. So sad.

Every month just fab takes 39.95 out of my account. With that I can buy a pair of shoes or I can skip it for the month and not have them take the money out. I get free shipping and free return shipping. That's a definite plus. I find most of the shoes you true to size. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I like sandals that have a slight platform platform and their sandals are completely flat.

I had issues getting through to customer service. My account was placed on hold and I called 4 times to replace my order. Even after being escalated twice I was told to call again. Overall very unhelpful staff. Once you attain the credits you have to maintain membership to use the credits you already paid for. I've spent serval weeks trying to place an order, to only be told to call back multiple times.

Order # ******* I was charged for both pair of shoes and never received the Danica Loafers size 9. I sent an email and never heard back. It's not even in my order history anymore, which I find strange. I have screen shots of payment, order and delivery confirmations. I was home when the delivery was made and saw the female delivery driver toss the package on my front porch. I went outside to get it but it was only the Eloise contrast camo slip ons. I thought maybe I would get my other pair later, but sadly I never did. I have a credit from forgetting to skip a month and will use it and cancel my membership and unsubscribe.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
