Was excited to try this subscription out and it started off great. But then I received my boots and the quality was very poor which I should have guessed considering the price of $16. The boots bunched at my ankles making it look like I had cankles. I had immediately called customer service and attempted to cancel. I was offered a store credit which never reached account. So I called again and just cancelled completely. Not worth it imo.
I ordered 2 pairs of boots, they were too big. I exchanged them for the correct size. One pair was correct, the other was the wrong size and color. When I tried to exchange that pair the size I needed was sold out. They would only refund me. I sent the boots back and still have not gotten my refund.

I got 3 pairs of shoes my fist time using this site. I ordered half sizes smaller for all shoes because that was all that was available. 2/3 pairs of shoes were still way too big for me so I had to send 1 back and exchange the other for an even smaller size. When I got the exchange I wore the shoes to work. In the 2 minute walk from my car to my office, the shoes completely shredded my heels. I had to have my partner bring me bandaids and another pair of shoes just to get through the day. Our of 3 pairs of shoes, I only kept 1. And my feet took about 3 weeks to heal. The shoes themselves are cheap and oddly proportioned. I have canceled my subscription and I will not be using this site again.

"Customer service" is abysmal. Get a cookie cutter response for everything. They make sure that nothing arrives before that 14 day shipping window. Ordered my boots on Nov 15th and received them Dec 8th. My order left Indiana went to Atlanta and back to Indiana before coming back to Georgia again. The company they are partners with "PITNEY BOWES" according to tracking needs to be changed cause it's ridiculous. Tracking didn't even update between Nov 29th and Dec 7th. In that time I could've just driven to Indiana and picked it up myself.

While I understand that there have been supply shipping issues with many companies, I ordered a bunch of items in October. I have not received any update on these items and I have sent several emails asking for an update. There has been no emails what so ever about delays or approximate times of arrival yet they continue to send emails about their monthly charges. I have ordered from JustFab in the past and have several clothing items and shoes with them that have lasted years of continues use. I just wish they would do a better job at communication.

I called because my package hasn't moved in 7 days. Laser ship will not answer me on the status of where my package is and neither can just fab. I was told to call back later.

I mostly skip my membership every month, for YEARS now, because this dumb site makes it so hard for you to cancel. I end up having to make a purchase once in awhile if I forget to skip, in which case I immediately use my credit. The item comes, and every time, it's low quality garbage. I am always surprised by how low quality the items are - they usually end up getting donated almost immediately. I hate this site for making me jump through so many hoops to cancel.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
