Recent purchase was cancelled and card being charged extra money after the purchase completion. How does this happen? Was there a glitch that couldn't calculate my items properly then in turn the customer loses a purchase? Terrible business and I've been a long- time customer. I'll be ending my membership.
Purchased six or seven items and all were delivered quickly and without damage. Items were a great fit and looked awesome. Aviator sunglasses were a lot better quality than expected as I usually buy mine from Winners but these were much more durable? I'm impressed. I do find that I need to size up in footwear but that's ok.

They outsourced their customer service, so one person will say one thing and another will contradict what the first person said. They charge you shipping and refuse to refund shipping (been a very longtime member, this is new), and they also charge you a China tariff. One person says they'll refund everything, then says they can't, ect. It was so much back and forth I ended up disputing the charge with my CC company. They're very disorganized and the quality is terrible.

I don't feel that Fabulous shoes should be taken people money off there CC people should not be taxed each month. You don't know people situations and you people want to take $50. Out of there account each month whether they buy or not. That to me is robbery.

The size of the shoes I bought was no where near the standard. I typically wear size 6 1/2 to 7, I bought a size 7 and a size 8 both were extremely too small. When trying to exchange the shoes for a bigger size I keep getting an error message. I will be canceling my membership as soon as I use my credits.

I wear a 9.5 and I've bought shoes (that were 9.5) from you guys before. Both shoes I ordered recently were way to big. I exchanged both for an 8.5. They both were still too big but I gave up and kept the sandals. The boots however, seemed to not even change from the last, which resulted in me simply returning them. Frustrating.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
