I reached out to costumer service to help get my month skipped. While the agent did help me do this quickly, they did not pay attention to the issue at hand and provide feedback on how to prevent this from happening next time. I let them know that the option to skip was not in the area that it was indicated it should be. They instead skipped the month for me and then told me the same thing I just told them wasn't working and closed the conversation before I could respond. I then tried to connect again to get clarification and the wait time was stated as 2 minutes but I waited for 5 before I closed it down. This was frustrating.
I recently purchase a pair of shoes and a pair of jeans from just fab. The jeans were a bit snug but I think it was because I wasn't familiar with the sizes. They do shrink in the dryer slightly so i would suggest airdrying them. But overall I'm really happy with my purchase

Poor quality. Have tried to cancel my subscription and never received a response. I've never left a bad review in my life before this one but I'm very disappointed in JustFab.

The boots are not catered to black women. They're labeled "wide leg" boots but are very tight around the legs. I liked my white sneakers but the boots were a no go

I allowed my granddaughter to shop the JUST FAB site for some of her Christmas gifts. She had no trouble finding plenty of items to spend the allotted dollar amount I gave her to spend. Since she is very particular about what she wears, I am very satisfied with her purchases!

I ordered 3 different pairs of boots, two different styles and they are okay, but not great. They look cheaply made, the shape of the boots are off too, they don't ' fit' a woman's leg. The tall boots are very straight. The ankles are huge and so are the calves. I probably wouldn't purchase again if I had the opportunity, even at a discounted price.

I love them! They are very comfortable and stylish. One star less than perfect, because the zipper gets occassionally stuck, and I worry that it will break. But so far... so good.

You pay if you do boy say no 39.95 a month. Then you have a credit for 39.95. However, at 1st there were items at that price. Last few years they are harder to find. 39.97 but rarely 39.95. So why have a credit if there is really nothing that you like at that price? Quality has gone down a bit too.

In general, I love the clothes I get from JustFab and think I get great deals. However, quality of service and product is not always excellent. I ordered two orders recently. One was a size Small coat that came in size XL that I had to exchange. One package with multiple items was lost in the mail and it took two weeks before I could get them to reship it, then when they did they didn't have some of the items in stock anymore, which I was really disappointed by. I also got a really cute pair of pants there that fit really well and I was excited about, and the zipper broke irreparably the first time I zipped them up. And the pants definitely weren't too small. They were out of stock when I asked for a new pair, so while I returned and was refunded, I never got to wear the pants I was excited about.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
