I only ordered from JustFab because they continuously don't send me reminder emails to skip the month so I get charged. And I've tried to cancel my entire account twice and it's still active and charging me. Anywho, this order I ordered shoes x4 and two of them came too big and the other pair were too skinny. I tried to exchange the one pair for the wide size and it was a final sale when it never told me that when I bought it. The other two I would of like to exchange and get a smaller size, yet those two were both final sales as well. Now I'm stuck with 3 pairs of shoes that don't fit me. I'm used to it with your guys site. Nothings changed.

The boots were extremely uncomfortable. No insole cushion at all. Hard as a rock. Can only where for 15 minutes at a time. A complete waste of money.

I was ok with the products, I wasn't expecting much for the money that I pay, but I have charge $50 to my card and I don't buy anything. Then I receive a credit for the same amount to buy some more products but I don't wanna buy nothing I just want my money back to my card. I buy because the prince and I have charge more and no products

Since trying JustFab again I have been overwhelmingly disappointed. The boots I received look like brown rubber. I was afraid to order another shoe after that, so I decided to use my credit for a weekender bag instead for an upcoming trip. It's been "on its way" for 3 weeks in my tracking info. In the meantime I received a piece of damaged shipping label in a plastic bag from my mail carrier saying the item was received damaged and was rejected. It was barely large enough for me to identify the sender. When I called JF, there was a language barrier and the woman was argumentative. She kept repeating "it's on the way" instead of listening to me that I had received a damaged noted from the post office. She kept saying the email I received was wrong. I don't think she ever understood it was a physical label and not a notification that I received. I even asked if they could mail a replacement so I'd have it in time for my trip. I honestly have never been more disappointed in a product or customer service.

Description of the boot on your site was inaccurate. Specifically the calf circumference. When I needed to return, I would have to pay to ship them back. Not acceptable when the mistake was yours.

I recently ordered three items. Two pairs of pants and one top. And I ordered the same size for all three. What I received was a whole other world of different sizes. Yes, they are all MARKED as the same size. But they are far from it.
One pair of pants fits well. Yay!
The top/bodysuit is too big. Like gaping big. Falling off of me too big.
And the other pair of pants? About 3/4 of the size of the first. WAY TOO SMALL. I can't even get them up over my hips.

I found the clothes to not be of high quality, but it was ok while the membership was $39.99. Once the membership became $50/month, I made sure to use all my credits and cancel. The increase in membership cost was the reason why I don't want to do business with JustFab any longer, given that the quality, selection of merchandise and shipping time did not improve.

I used to be such a fan of JF because I loved shopping for shoes and I had to rarely be concerned about availability in my size. However, now I find myself getting ready to cancel my membership because the shoes sometimes takes a month to arrive, which can be a big issue when you have time constraints. I often find myself on other sites because I KNOW they will deliver quicker. I'm not quite sure if the membership is worth keeping at this point.

I like the boots. I did not know you would have to buy or go into an account monthly to skip the month or be charged 49.99. Otherwise ide give a five. I don't understand why or what you receive if you forget to sign in and skip the month and you get charged,what you are supposed to receive? I guess the only deal you get is the first pair of boots for 9.99.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
