As a grandparent I was told to stay in my boundaries by the Mother of my grandchild she is not my concern! After communicating with your expert who was so encouraging I am ready to press on for my grandchild life while I still have life in my body.

I realized my brother had been sharing his cheese popcorn with my pitbull for some time. Sophie has had a bad bout of pancreatitis a few years ago. I used your service right away. The vet was thorough and caring. I followed his treatment and narrowly avoided a flare up. Very grateful!

Technical support for a device

I had never heard of Just Answer before and it was really value for money £1 and live chat with technicians named Michelle and Justin were the most helpful when you aren't tech savvy enough to do it alone. I recommend Just Answer and tve two technicians I named to others.

From helpless to all good!

Alone and without local assistance, and upon scarybrake failure, I dropped my vehicle off at my mechanics' place. It was Sunday and closed. I was frustrated trying to connect to Uber and was unable to navigate their pre pay page. Somehow, I was connected to Just Answer and within minutes I had a real person call and help me correct the glitch. Malik was the perfect answer to my problems with the Uber page and soon I was back home safely. Thank you, Malik!

I was quickly and efficiently addressed on the chat, who told me a lawyer would be calling me shortly. Within 5 minutes Ida called me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Allayed some of my concerns and told me how to next proceed on my legal matter. She even told me I can reach out to her again via the chat bot. If you're in a bind and need some quick advice I HIGHLY recommend using this service.

Thought I was hospital-bound (an hour's trip). Worrisome since I was having weird chest pains - all on the *right* side. The doctor on JustAnswer was great; compassionate and supportive, considered my symptoms and provided a rock-solid diagnosis. Saved me worry, time and money.

One negative, it said the charge would be $2.00 on the website and I was charged $55.00 CA for the call. I would have appreciated an "I agree to a one-time charge of $55.00" for me to agree to that number.

I was told early in the day that I would receive a phone call.
I sat by my phone all day but nobody called.
In stead I continued to receive written chats in my IPad.
The experts changed an as a result I kept having to provide the same information.
If I had been able to talk over the phone with one if you experts I would have been able to tell them what I could and what I could not see in my TV screen
Finally, late at night I got a call from Mark.
He was excellent and solved the problem quickly and almost totally.
I have ni complaints about any if your experts but I'm astonished by the fact that you don't seem to understand that one on one phone conversations are far more efficient than text messages.

It said I could connect with a Tech for $5.00. Then I saw they charged me $43.00 for a monthly subscription which they said nothing about. I reported it immediately and am getting a refund.
