The doctor called quickly. She had read the intake report and was ready to jump right in. She answered any questions I had. She gave advise for how to properly care for my sick pups. She also gave me warning signs to look for and a timeline to follow to escalate to a vet visit. I would highly recommend this site! It would be a great first step for times when the vet is closed or the issue doesn't seem life threatening. She literally saved me at least a thousand dollars in vet bills.

On a long cross country trip we encountered ticks on our dog and in our hair n bodies. While googling came across this service and requested a personal call with Dr. Nikki who promptly called with helpful advice about next steps. He asked for a photo of the tick and was able to determine for us that it was not a Lyme disease carrier which gave huge peace of mind. He followed up twice to ensure we were ok, provided exact names of tick medication, specific active ingredient in case we could not find the product. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
