I reached out with a question rather late at night, shortly after returning home from the dealership with a used Infiniti QX70. Chad reached out after a brief wait and answered both questions right away. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and offered a solid suggestion.

My dog was exhibiting all the signs of being in pain, but eating and using the bathroom normally. I was seriously considering taking him to emergency vet on weekend after hours.
But after getting to talk to an actual vet, I followed his recommendations and the next morning he was back to normal. So glad I decided to get advice before potentially coming out of pocket thousand(s) $$

The advisor Mikal didn't seem to be properly reading my questions and comments. I am very good at writing English. He has not answered the main question I asked. One comment he made was that my engine (Toyota 3.4L 5zv) is an interference engine. All published data on this engine indicates it's a non interference engine. This advisor should not be allowed to give technical auto advice.
I regret this subscription and will seek to cancel it.

I was led here by a veterinary clinic website, seeking information on how to support some slight food-related issues for my cat. After staying up for 3 hours waiting for an "expert", one responded at like 4am with introductory questions (no answers), didn't hear back from me for an hour - because I was asleep - and closed the question.

I came across justanswer while researching on line for information in regard to a problem with an investment property, and a property manager who seems unwilling to do their job. It was reassuring to learn that I was on the right track in my thought process to prompt action from the owners corporation and property manager.

Our little dog is forever eating things she shouldn't. So when she ate an allspice bloom/flower yesterday we really didn't think much of it at the time. We were also on a long trip home. But I was a lillttle worried after reading some about the plant this morning. The vet was able to help me decipher if this was life threatening or a wait and see. She's doing fine for now. So we wait and see.
