Being able to talk to Dr. Denise at the moment we needed to was not only priceless, it was also convenient. She immediately set me at ease with her knowledge and beside manner. Can't express how grateful I am for this service.

I was Replacing the control panel and face plate on a GE Oven/range, I found the service to be was very informative and the instructions were clear, concise and accurate. All questions and concerns were answered quickly and the project was completed without issue.

I rarely give 5 stars or 10 or 10...maybe a 4, but my experience with the legal advice I received was excellent. My expectations weren't high since this is an online advice service, but the system worked and I was paired with an exceptional attorney...a live, skilled, no-nonsense yet empathetic IP lawyer. While the signup, asking question, and seeking 'premium' document review were a bit of a challenge, even with those minor speed bumps...I had to give this experience, specifically the attorney James C, top ratings. He was accessible, responsive, assuring, and knowledgeable. My expectations grew, and with each question, the answer confirmed I had the right attorney.

Needed to get on OUTLOOK so that I could attend a seminar. Waisted 1/1/2 hours of tiem and never got on. This is crazy you are supposed to be an expert that is a joke.

The tech understood my place as a homeowner who does not deal with this on a daily basis, he was kind and understanding and very knowledgeable. He took in my description, and his first suggestion fixed the issue, he listened….

I wanted to know exactly what my legal responsibilities were regarding pepper spray use: what situations are deemed legally "acceptable" by law enforcement in California. I received a quick response in minutes!

He explained the product I needed to solve the problem and told me where to order!

I'm not trying to stereotype, but I'm pretty sure that the lawyer I talked to was gen Z, and his attitude towards me was the typical, "OK, Boomer" bee ess I get just about every day. He basically turned my problem around and told me it was my fault. I will not be recommending this service to anyone. Zero help.

I usually receive very prompt and smart answers. I used the site for medical veterinary and legal questions. I feel very comfortable that if I am ever not satisfied they will always make it right. As subscriptions go it is a little expensive but to me worth every penny and more.

Tom was quite helpful and resolved the problem. He researched the problem thoroughly.

We did not find the problem but were able to agree on a workaround that will allow me to use it when needed. I still am trying to get a schematic of the wiring in order to identify where the problem could be

I was not sure if Just Answer was a legitimate organization, but soon learned that it was not only legitimate, but it was also very helpful.

The doctor explained what would happen if my dog ingested too much garlic and that it was unlikely that he had ingested too much and just watch that he didn't have any reactions and that he would follow up the next day. After a couple days there was no reaction and my dog is fine.

Andwers on time and precise. Provided the needed information to rectify my situation. Impressed boy thow easy it was.

I learned of this service from a friend. Only thing I can think of is to be one of the first websites to appear when you google for legal help. More advertising for those who don't have much money to spend for a lawyer on legal advice. I find this was very helpful, and I will continue to use this service and will refer this service to people I know that need help.
