While leaving on my first trip, I clipped my house with the trailer awning and knocked the plastic end cap off. Got on site and no noise when I flipped the switch. Of course I went to the scene of the damage (just broke the plastic cap off). I suspected a hidden safety switch. I spent a long time looking for that. Come to find out with sound advice... It had NOTHING to do with that piece of plastic... It is a bad connection (5 volt drop from the battery) somewhere. At least now I am pointed in the right direction and that is a HUGE help.
I believe there's always room for improvement but on this occasion I can't think of one.
After asking the right question, after they gave me several questions it could be based on my asked question, they gave me an answer that prevented me from looking all over the Internet.
When I spoke to the Just Answer assistant I told him my problem but I could not get the issue resolved because I could not log in to my paramount account. It was difficult to understand him but I finally told him I needed to hang up.
I ended up not getting any help and my credit card has a charge of $45.00.
Paramount plus told me it would be a one dollar charge which would be refunded.
