Tom quickly understood my problem and patiently work me through to a successful conclusion.
My conversation with the referred attorney was great, he provided my self with leading points which I have followed.
At the beginning, I started to think that this website was a scam as the assistant seemed like a bit of a robot.
HOWEVER,
It actually turned out to be real and I'm very grateful that this website exists. I tried to get in contact with a couple of vets in my local area (within Australia!), and other people as well, to get help about a question I had, when no one responded.
Thankfully, I found this website and they connected me to an amazing veterinarian (Dr Morgan) who was able to relieve my concerns about the issue I was facing as well as explain how the website works! And Dr Morgan lives in Colorado!
So while I think the interaction between the assistant and user could be improved, I had a positive experience.

I had an emergency and saw that I could get quick help and answers for 5$! I am permanently disabled and a single father so I don't have much money to live off. As I was waiting to be connected to an expert I was also charged 35$ for a monthly membership! It's a trap for people with any kind of health emergency. Of course I didn't have time to completely read terms and conditions or even the 1st sentence! So now I have quite literally no $ for the rest of the month and still have bills coming. I barely get enough for rent let alone anything else.
