Needed advise on my guinea pig

I live in an area with no quick access to a small animal vet. I took a chance and gave JustAnswer a try. I was reading a lot of sites with contradictory information. As I was searching, once again for answers, I came across a recommendation for JustAnswer vet. I thought I'd take a chance. And since I live so far away from a small animal vet, what did I have to lose? And if it was helpful, that would be worth the fee. I answered a few questions and after a short wait, was connected to a vet. I was asked for photos to help treat my poor little pig. As it was, I was treating him correctly, just wrong application method. She guided me on proper application and even gave some alternate suggestions if I don't see improvement. I also like that at the end of our conversation, it says the chat will stay open in case of further questions. With technology that we have today, I appreciate these little things. I will definitely use JustAnswer vet again

My 48" wide, cabinet deep refer/freezer was acting up again. Way to expensive to replace. Worse, it failed sporadically. My tech walked me through the issues and was sharp enough to be able to verify if I put the fan on in the right direction.

2023 F150 AC issues

We did a diagnostic visual review on some of the components. The mechanic did some research and found out that there was a bulletin issued on these vehicles for the air-conditioning lines freezing up, therefore warm air started to blow. The vehicle is at long enough for the lines to thaw out and started to work again. It was nice to know that there is a bulletin out and that we can go to the dealership and have it fixed under warranty.

Direct TV, now AT&T charged me for HBO MAX for a year and never advised me how to access MAX. They said sorry. Norkrk help to connect service. My fire stick allowed me to gain MAX and combine with my Dire t TV pmt. Unable to make service work. Finally this agent made all connections and made the app work on my TV. Very grateful for your help.

Your agents worked with mice son-in-law to try to remedy the problem for a lengthy period of time on the telephone using his Mac laptop. They were unable to resolve the problem, but will try again with a newer computer. Thank you very much.

Panicked about my puppy

I thought my 13 week old puppy had chewed on a bar of rodent killer and was freaking out! JustAnswers immediately connected me with a live Vet. Dr Brian Monk was kind, patient and took the time to explain the seriousness of our situation. He even helped me locate an emergency veterinarian clinic open today. Luckily it turned out to not be rodent killer after all! I highly recommend JustAnswers for anyone with questions about their fur babies!

I'm very much a DIY person so for me, the value is a fast, expert answer that saves me all the time of researching possible causes and identifying the solution. Mark was fantastic! He knew exactly what was wrong and sent me the part number I needed as well as a link to a site with a great price (50% less than MSRP). That site was out of stock, but that info helped me find another site with the same price.
