I was impressed how quickly it was to speak directly to a veterinarian, about ten minutes, on a Sunday morning at 4:30 AM. I woke to my dog having some rectal bleeding. I live in Chicago, but am staying with family in Terre Haute, IN. There are no emergency vets here, only in Indianapolis, 1.5 hours away. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again.
