This site is a scam

I did not authorize a charge for this service and they don't provide any way to talk to anyone. They send you around in circles so that you can't dispute it. I'm having to go through my credit card company to get this charge stopped.

Car would not start

My car lost all electrical power. The temperature dropped to -10°. I tried to start it with a jump box. Bart walked me through the steps to check the battery and he was spot on! After what I had to experience through my first & ONLY civil legal case, I was so relieved to get such clear & easy to understand communication here. I have been traumatized by the court system after my entire life was taken away from me, having to silently watch as these court officials manipulated procedure & violated my civil AND ADA rights...because of my disability symptoms & assumed on drugs/drunk (so it seemed). But, because of going through the brutal treatment & the damage it caused, I don't trust anyone...especially, when it's their JOB to help me. But since my experience here with JA legal answer, I have had a little faith to return for me... in people. Thank you for your compassion & communication, and treating my question with some humanity. Much appreciated...you have NO idea what that means to me.

RIP OFF SCAM

BOGUS SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT USE

I regretfully consented to a one time $5.00 charge to speak with a "lawyer" and you immediately charged an additional $60 for a monthly membership which I did not sign up for nor was I given a prompt to OPT OUT. I have reported you to American Express and you are being investigated. In addition, your lawyer Juris GURU (Ha! Good name) gave me totally incorrect information as I have reported to the necessary agencies.

So we have a new furnace, which is a 98 efficiency unit I will not mention the brand because the hardware on the unit is is rather good, actually exceptional. In this case it turned out to be the igniter that had gone out, which is strange, but my fault for taking so long to put the whole unit install. The service and technical assistance I received was above average and better than getting information from the local heating and ventilation repair guys and a hell of a lot cheaper, he spent a lot more time eith than I would have expected!
Thanks guys keep I'll keep using you!

Sick Dog
February 1, 2025

My sons dog was very sick, throwing up and is still a puppy. She was a rescue from the pound and had her shots but was throwing up bile so i found JustAnswer on line. The Vet was very thorough and knowledgeable. She put a lot of my fears at ease. Mazzy is doing better because of her recommendations!
