For $5 I was able to get advice from a veterinarian regarding my golden retriever after she consumed a pan of brownies. I do not have a 24 hour or on call veterinarian in my town and the on call veterinarian at Just Answer addressed my concerns and even followed up a few hours later to check up on my dog to make sure she was doing ok.
