He keeps saying how narrow his responsibility is and how he doesn't know about Hik-Vision products because he doesn't work for them. "there must be a trash can icon on that page but I can't tell you where it is because I haven't worked with it"! Well, I don't see a trash can icon. And his promised follow up e-mail that supposed to have screenshots, turned out to be a generic "check your network connection" type form e-mail
He wouldn't even answer for JustAnswer issues, like why I was charged $55 instead of $1, as promised, resulting in my bank blocking my card. He just says, curtly, that I should call "customer care" and deal with it myself. Does not appreciate the inconvenience that his company's procedure is causing this client. Pretty arrogant guy
It was great to have my question answered and what I need to do to fix my problem.
My 2 1/2 year old female Blue Bully Sasha was bleeding after her second AI… wasn't too sure what was happening because her mother who had a successful 10 piece litter never encounter this issue. I found this site online and within 40 min I had my concerns answered. We went on and pooled off some blood and did a 3rd AI with No problem. Thanks a bunch!

The Tech was responsive but questions were repetitive after a response. All in all the response was workable he confirmed what was already thought to be the problem. I'd use this site again.
We were 5 minutes into the conversation when he was cut off so that I could take a customer service survey about the experience!
He was gone, and worse HE NEVER CALLED BACK.

Matthew was not familiar with the hidden turn table in my whirlpool model. He told me to take the turn table out, clean out the crumbs, and make sure it was placed on the cog correctly. I would need a service manual some metric tools and who knows what else. You could tell that he thought he was talking to an idiot that wouldn't do this first before calling for service.
The kicker, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $47.00. I'M SO SICK OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

At nearly 10 o'clock at night, my 10-year-old asks if "swallowing a marble could kill you?" and "I said I'm not sure but I'm sure it's possible. Why do you ask?" she says "because I swallowed one before dinner" which was around 7 PM. We live in a small town and the only option was go to the ER, but she seemed totally fine not choking nor vomiting,no issues swallowing and she was eating and drinking. Instead of spending hours at the ER and who knows how much money I decided to go on JustAnswers and spoke with a pediatrician within 3 minutes!
He let me know that if the marble went down with no problems and there were no symptoms afterward that it would come out opposite of the way it went in, if you know what I mean. The Dr's tone instantly calmed me down, it was clear he was confident in his answer, as am I. This is a great option for parents who need a quick answer before spending thousands and it's instant piece of mind. Plus it was only $5 and that is so affordable is nearly unbelievable.

I hesitated to do it online but all the vets were full and I was very concerned about my dog who had ingested an aspirin and was vomiting and at night there was some blood in it.thanks to the veterinarian he told me home remedies to flush the aspirin out and my dog is so much better today. I'd do it again!
