This service is a Rip Off. Social Security should be ashamed of themselves for transferring me to this site. The charge of $57.00 is horrible. Want to know what this expert gave me? A phone number. Mixed experience

When I finally got to speak a technician, she was great. Patient and helpful Grttinh to a live technician was a painful experience. Was asked a lot of questions virtuaa simple response to my question could have been answered in a couple of sentences. Instead it took about 40 minutes to get to a live technician. Beyond ridiculous

First off, I didnt realize I was contacting JusstAnswer i was looking for help with my laptop. I had googled HP Support and clicked on the first result. The person I got literally had me try EVERYTHING that I ahd already done. She had no new suggestions. In the emd she told me to contact HP Support and look for a local repai person. I feel like I wass scammed for a dollar. Moral... check the results google gives you amd dont click on JustAnswer.

This is a scam

Very bad. First you are asked to pay 2$ to be in touch with a technician, but they do not tell you that there will be a charge of 66$ per month for your "membership". And the tech guy did not provide a direct link to get in touch with TOTALAV.

I panicked…

I accidentally dropped a vitamin pill on the floor. I was so afraid that my cat had grabbed it. I couldn't find the pill anywhere. The only thing I could think of to do was reach out to one of them that I just ask. She helped me call my nerves and make sure that I knew she was available until I either found the pill or noticed symptoms in my cat. Good news I found the pill. Better news the vet shared in my relief and excitement. I would definitely use them again.

DoctorRaza is saving lives!

I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and this is a devastating news to anyone and I am deeply saddened by it. DoctorRaza is helping me along the way from the beginning, from which method of treatment to the type of surgery and explained in depth to me in lay terms so i could make an educated decision, nowadays, people yelping about AI could do or that, but when it comes to a matter of life or death, nothing compares to a real person and human being who is compassionate and caring, I will continue my journey with this dr, in the early stage, I was thinking suicidal thoughts because of my diagnosis, and now I am ready to face this issue arming with the knowledge that a genuine Doctor provides. Real people with practical answers and advice, personally tailored to what I need, I am not being bombarded with overwhelming amount of answers, what else can you ask for? I would give Doctor Raza 6 stars!
