Usually pay by mail... so much easier and cheaper. Am not sure my payment even went through. Have not received answer to whether it went trough.

Lost climate control on a 2016 Ford flex after jumping out battery. First suggestion was to do a battery reset so computer would recalibrate data. This led to a load test on battery which tested poorly. A new fully charged battery with appropriate volts fixed the problem.

I was charged over night 80 dollars…I ended my subscription early on (did not like the taste and it made me hurt more than I did before trying it…I called and the first person was going to REFUND the 80 dollars…but they charged me 60 dollars more. The second man went in and made the request to REFUND all 140 dollars…he was nice and professional…I am writing this before I can see the REFUND! Thank You!

I lost contact with my email on my computer this morning and the login page wouldn't load. After helping me try various ways to load the login page, Matt advised me that the issue was either with my service or with at&t. He gave me phone numbers for both and wished me luck. I did reach tech support at both companies and found out that the problem is at At&t and they are working on it. I am grateful for his time and expertise.

I reported my problem to the IRS and they recomended that the Tax Accountant review the case. I have been waiting for over three hours with no call back. Thisi was all time in which I expected his call in a shourt while and kept my phone with me at all times.

Found "Just Answer" online... It indicated I could ask a question for $2.00 and asked for my credit card number. Tyler was great help and solved my problem. I didn't understand that I would be charged more than $60.00 for a subscription. I only wanted one question answered. I cancelled but the amount is now on my card. I want it removed. Not Tyler's fault.
