Received marginally adequate guidance from Just Answer. The "expert" doubled down on what he said the first time which was nothing but a failing effort. I will submit the Form 8822B (which is for a Change of Address) along with the letter and accompanying materials I sent the first time to the IRS. And I did, in fact, send them to exact address that my expert had. I'm simply at a loss for words to explain the guidanace I have received on my inquiry.
I was being called by an automated system as many as 10 times per day. They were made by many different numbers from multiple area codes including Credt One's customer service number. Each phone call disconnected at 6 seconds giving me no opportunity to explain my financial situation at why my payment was late.

Without my permission you withdrew $55 from my bank. Your webpage said I would be paying ONE dollar (refundable) for advice, but as soon as the waiting time for the "expert" expanded, I immediately called my bank and they said your website had withdrawn $55 dollars from my debit card so I had to cancel it so you wouldn't be stealing any more. I filled out a report with the FTC on your practice and called you company. The automated voice said you would return my $55 within 5 days, but I don't believe you. Then I had to travel to my bank and get a new card.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
