"Expert" was unable to provide the information that I needed. He wanted to offer me." easiest". Way which would not have achieved what I needed. He hung up the phone with no resolution. Between being on hold and talking to him I was on the phone for 37 minutes.

I have had multiple conversations with two heavy diesel technicians on JustAnswer, Nick M. And Justin. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

CALLED THE CHAT FEATURE ON vvENMO, THEY SAID I NEEDED TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP WITH MY ISSUE AND DIRECTED ME TO jUST aNSWER. YOU HAVE TO PUT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO CHARGE YOU $5 REFUNDABLE. THE CHARGE CAME THROUGH AT $40. I GAVE MY NUMBER AND RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM "THE EXPERT" WHICH WAS JUST A BOT WHICH PUT ME ON A TERMINAL HOLD WITH HORRIBLE MUSIC. AFTER APPROX 10 MIN, THE CALL DISCONNECTED AND THE "BOT" CALLED BACK AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD WITH TERRIBLE MUISIC AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 7 MINUTES, AFTER WHICH I HUNG UP. NO RESOLUTION AT ALL.
