I was not informed I would be charged $40.00 for this service. I talked to 2 different technicians, neither of which fixed my issue

The mechanic was spot on the problem. It was repaired with 4 bolts and a plug

Waited on the phone for a long time while they tried to find a professional. Was told I would receive a text or email when someone could help me. Received a text at 3:22 a.m. Woke up to find a text that had no message and I couldn't respond to it either. This was a terrible experience. I am canceling my account effective immediately.

My dog accidentally swallowed medication prescribed for another dog.

Nathan was good, but I was way charged over what I was told the charge was. I was told there would be a $5 charge, but there was actually a $46 charge. My credit card warned me and the resolution team will be calling you tomorrow.

I took apart the door on my Bosch oven to clean it. When I went to put it back on I couldn't get it to go it just wouldnt hang or even stay on. Needless to say it was very very frustrating and the manual was unclear. I called just answer at 6 pm on mothers day and the tech got me straightened out and the door back on in 5 minutes.
