The voice said that it was going to be a charge of 1 dollar and that it was going to be refunded, that it was just a part of the protocol, the problem is that I got a charge of $53.00 dollars, not being refunded jet, if I would've known of that amount, I would've said no thanks, I could've gotten the information needed from a different source for free, thank you

We have all dealt with chat boxes for any other products we purchased and most of them I consider useless. The ExMark chat box was the best experience I've ever had and it was thorough, quick, and I was talking with an actual person within a matter of minutes.
The chat box itself even gave me a good solution when I was trying to drain just a bit of hydraulic fluid without having to take the bottom off and drain it all.
