I removed a Blackhead from my Back that was in my tattoo. I pressed multiple times, first two results were the typical Blackhead dark matter like pus. The other presses after that were white pus. A quarter inch hole was the ending result. Slight pain from pressing the area but no pain after. I used a sowing needle to poke inside the hole and rotated the pin a few times while inside the pore(absolutely no pain or discomfort while doing this, this is also how I estimated how deep the pore was by gauging how much of the pin went inside) to possibly break up any loose pieces and then proceeded to press one more time with no results. At the end of that, I cleaned the area, used Neosporin and a Bandaid. The next day, the area was sore. The only requirement for proper healing is: wash the area with mild soap, dry it, and finally use Neosporin and cover with a bandage. Do not use a Pimple Patch or Blemish Patch, this will trap anything inside including bacteria and also won't allow airflow to the skin or wound.
