June bridal customer service would not return my email or telephone calls.
They left me a message regarding sizing of my dress. This has been going on for a week now and I can't seem to find anyone. I begin to question is this place is actually legit.
I also left a voicemail message to cancel my order.
No response received.
My WARNING to shoppers beware of JUNE'S BRIDAL, they don't seem to be who they are.
My next step is to track them down and return the dress I haven't even received.They took my money.
I am so Frustrated with JUNE'S BRIDAL I will have to continue this on a higher level.

Ordered a Mother of the bride dress, and the dress I received has a different color netting, different color buttons, different lace design, and is not Tea length. Reached out to the support team as well as tried to call and left a message about seeing if they could send one exactly like the dress they advertised and if they would exchange the dress as I only have 14 days to return it. I have not head back after 1 business day. The quality of the dress was lovely, but the sizing is a bit off. I will return it if they will not correct the mistake. I think it is unfair to change aspects of the dress and expect people to be happy with it.
Dress did not look like picture. Horrible quality. "Easy returns" is a joke. They ended up trying to charge me for shipping even if I shipped it at my own expense, and only gave me a partial refund to keep this piece of junk. Do not order from this business!
I got my dress from them on Aug 19. Since I paid $29.99 for rushing my order I supposed to be delivered Aug 13. But it's ok. Try on my dress the under arm so tight. Breast so loose. So I try to return my dress since they claim "Easy to return" sent email on Aug 24, got reply back Aug 29. That I will get deduct $40 shipping fee. But for what? They never offer return label. I am the one who need to pay upfront at usps. So meaning I need to pay $80 to return dress cost $100? Also others stuff that I ordered can't use at all! THEY ARE SCAM!
Shame on me for not looking at reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered 2 dresses so I could compare colors. I'm normally a size 2 and I ordered a 4 to just be sure it would fit. I could barely get the dress over my head it was so small. When I went to return it the following occurred: A). Good luck getting anyone to respond to an email. B). Phone rings to nowhere C). I finally was able to put a chat in the AI and a CS rep responded back. They told me that they 'Hand Make' all their dresses so they don't take returns/exchanges (WTH?!). Now I'm out $353 and stuck with not 1 but 2 dresses I hate!
I received a completely different item from what I ordered. The associate offered me a partial refund and suggested I either keep the dress or pay a huge shipping fee to get a full refund. I told them that I should be fully refunded since the item is different from my order. They replied, 'LOL.' What the $#*!?!
Absolutely fell in Love with this Wedding Dress, the ONLY one I wanted. Received it and White instead of Nude Fabric was used. The dress is not offset just white on white and looks a mess. June Bridals remarks were that they use the material on hand! I wanted to return it and they said I would get 70% back less $40-$70 for shipping, even though I paid to have it Expedited. They don't care and will Never lose Money, Especially if it's their fault. Horrible Experience and 8 emails without resolve. I get married in 2 weeks and this company is Full of Bull$#*!.
Beware purchasing from June Bridals! As you can see in the side by side comparison I included below, the dress I recieved is not at all what I ordered. I initiated a return; no reply. I will update this review if that changes, but I'm not optimistic.
Dress did not fit. "Return policy" was laughable, but decided to use their donate to Goodwill option to at least recoup some money. I followed their directions to the letter and nothing. Nada. No response. They aren't giving me a dime back, and I no longer even have the dress to give to someone else. Horrible. Unbelievable that they are allowed to keep stealing peoples money?
Ordered a dress for my small wedding, according to the measurements online it should have fit just fine. It zipped up about halfway and when we got the bust, there was no way it was going to zip all the way up. The quality is also atrocious. The lace on the dress had been hot glued on and there was glue residue all over the dress. The lace had also been cut in weird shapes and honestly seemed like it had been placed at random all over the sleeves. I took my $40 and called it a day. Don't do it. If it's too good to be true, it always is.
You do NOT get what is pictured. Don't waste your $$. I expected to get what was pictured. What i got was two unfinished pieces which i would have had to take to a seamstress to pay more $$ to get what was pictured. Return policy is contact within 14 days of receipt. I emailed for a week b4 i got a response on return. I can return it on my dime but they are deducting $65.00 for shipping even though I'm paying out of pocket to ship it back. Makes NO sense to me.
Dress came in, cheaply made and not flattering. Received email instructions to return for a refund. Did exactly as directed, spent $29 postage to China. Five months later, the dress was returned as undeliverable. No refund! No response to inquiry!
A complete disappointment! The fabric quality is below all expectations. Synthetics, after trying on the dress, the whole body began to itch, I can't even imagine how you can spend the whole day in this case.
Color - I ordered the ivory color, expecting to receive the ivory color. After receiving the white dress, I wrote to the support service. That I received the wrong order. In response, I received the answer: "In our catalog, the term ""white"" refers to a bleached white shade, while ""ivory"" represents a pure white hue."
Thanks for clarifying after receiving the order. Why is it impossible to post real photos and descriptions of colors in advance so that customers can have an idea about the color of the order?
In addition to the dress, I ordered a vest for the groom and a cover for the dress. Only a low-quality dress came; there was no vest or cover. As a result, a few days later, the money was refunded for the missing order.
The dress sizing was OK, but the shape was made to fit someone with the body of a 12-year-old boy. We received the dress on February 1st. We requested a return on February 15th. After waiting over a week for a response, they are finally telling us the return wasn't requested within their 14-day return period and that they'll do nothing for us. Horrible experience.
DO NOT ORDER FROM JUNE BRIDALS. After paying 29.00 to have dress expedited I didn't receive it for 3 weeks. It was too small and I requested to return it. They wanted me to pay 75.00 for a new dress or pay 70.00 to return it. I replied back 5 emails and they NEVER replied to my emails. I'm out 159.00 for a dress too small.
"June Bridals" stole money from me. I canceled my order before they processed & shipped it and they never refunded my money & won't answer my emails. They are a fraudulent company. Do NOT buy from them.
My daughter ordered a customized dress through this company, sent in proper measurements from a seamstress, I can't even explain what exactly arrived, just no words, dress was way too big, there was brown stains all throughout the skirting, breast pads was misplaced at least sewn three inches from being uniform, after reading reviews I won't even bother trying to return it, dress was for her wedding reception and the disappointment was unreal. How this company stays in business is beyond me, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, this China based company is a joke, just read the reviews yourself and gain your own opinion.

I truly believe that all of the positives reviews were purchased by the company themselves. It is a China based company which they are notorious for doing. I purchased two dresses from them and the quality is what is expect from a bad Wal-Mart costume. Not something you want to wear on your wedding day. Does not refund you or accept returns even when they mark the front of your dress with blue pen. Customer service is awful. Offered $10 refund for a dress that cost $200 and I cannot use because they ruined it before shipping.
The company is Mafia groups ‼ I ordered my wedding dresses but after 15 days, they cancelled my order!
