I purchased this gown on June Bridals shop and it is beautiful. The fabric is high quality, it was shipped and delivered on time, and the ordering process was easy. The only reason for a 4 star review was the fit of my gown. As noted in the exchange/returns section some alterations will most likely be required, but unfortunately for me, the top of this gown was hanging off of me and it will need a lot of alterations. Beautiful gown and great service, but be sure to factor in the alterations cost if your body isn't perfectly proportional!

I JUST received this dress. And I am totally in LOVE. This is my first convertible dress. I bought it for myself, not as a bridesmaid dress. I wanted to have a versatile piece that I could travel with and change for various occasions. This is the PERFECT dress for that. The Cobalt blue is gorgeous and will go so well with... anything! I absolutely love the quality and the material. It is great for evening or casual wear. The color is exactly the same. Perfect match. Can you tell how much I love this dress? This dress was absolutely PERFECT! The fit right out of the box was exactly as it should be! I can not say enough great things about it and everyone I've told is just shocked with the amazing quality, fit, and look with this dress. I would recommend this entire shop to any bride as a great option for a beautiful dress. I couldn't be happier with my decision from the style to the cost it was "the dress." For more specifics, it was a bit long on me but I'm only 5'4 and did not get it hemmed, I left it long as we were on the beach. I also got a size 2 and have somewhat bigger shoulders so it was slightly tight in the arm holes but nothing close to uncomfortable. I am beyond impressed with how the V back laid perfectly and I did not have to get any alternations at all. Thank you for making this dress so beautifully!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. They sent me the wrong color and their response was:

Since the dress is a standard size, you can return it and get a refund of 80% of the product purchase price, shipping cost not included, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 20% of the product purchase price is for the handling fee.

Please note: If your order was shipped free, we'll need to deduct the shipping cost from the total price, and refund you the rest.

If the shipping costs too much, most of our customers will try to sell the dress locally, on Craiglist or eBay.

They think it's sufficient for me to put in on a site that they know I won't get what I paid for it. Or expect me to pay to return the dress. Worst customer service EVER.

So the dress itself, wasn't terrible quality and the sizing chart I would say, is fairly accurate. It shipped way faster than I expected as well, which, on one hand is good but on another hand feels like a red flag, since dresses are made to order.

However, the dress I received was massively different than the picture on the website. It was advertised as illusion netting, and I received bright white mesh where the "illusion" was supposed to be. There was also a hard seam on the shoulder of the netting, and an awkward jutting out shoulder area. So it wasn't an "illusion" style neckline at all. It was very, very noticeable. It's disappointing, to say the least. So now I'm going to attempt to return it, but their return policy is clunky, so we'll see what happens.

I just wanted to thank Laurie for making my dream wedding dress. I drew up a sketch of what I wanted as I couldn't find anything in any bridal shops. She was more than happy to make my design for me. I have just received my dress it is stunning. She was VERY thorough in making sure I explained every detail and she made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before going ahead. I sent A LOT of emails to her with question after question and she was always more than happy to answer my questions or concerns. Only a couple of very minor alterations are needed, but it is just how I envisioned. And I would not hesitate to send my friends to her in the future! Anyone thinking of using Laurie, do not hesitate! :)?

I ordered a dress for my daughter wedding and it took forever and when I got the dress it was to small the dress is not a size 6 it's a 2 and they are only offering me a 30 percent refund. That is crazy and I have to pay for shipping. Please don't waist your time with this company.
