I was VERY skeptical about ordering a wedding dress online. I had concerns about the fitting and the arrival time but everything was perfect! Every question I had was answered throughly and on time. They double checked my measurements and the dress arrived beautifully. No stains, well tailored... an overall SUCCESS!

Buying anything on line now a days is taking a chance, but buying a wedding dress on line is a leap of faith. We put this to the test when we ordered our dress from June Bridals. We couldn't be more happy with the quality and speed of shipment. The dress was stunning! The fit was perfect and true to size with no alterations! We saved hundreds of dollars and recomend them highly!
Do not order from June Bridals. They are crap. I ordered what looked to be a beautiful wedding dress, waited the time for them to make and ship it. As soon as I got it I was heart broken. The dress was supposed to be ivory, it came to me bright white. I still went to try it on but unable to get it on. The arm holes are so close to the front of the dress there is no way anyone could put it on. I emailed them right away and have gotten the run around on a solution. I have pretty much been told. Y purchase was correct and they are only willing to give me a partial refund. I have responded multiple times and have gotten no where with them. They don't stand with their products. Don't order from them.
Absolutely beautiful dress, and the customer service is excellent. They responded quickly and helped us out. The dress arrived in time and looked amazing. Very happy.
June Bridals was fabulous couldn't be better. My daughter's dress arrived yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. June Bridals altered the dress exactly to what we wanted the dress fits her perfectly we are so pleased. I was initially nervous about some of the bad reviews but I'm not sure what these reviews are talking about. June Bridals kept us informed the entire time and their communication was excellent. They are very clear that you cannot return a custom dress and that completely understandable. The dress is exactly as pictured the lace is beautiful excellent workmanship. Hands down the best place to buy a wedding dress and would not hesitate to place another order. Thank you for making my daughters day her dress is absolutely perfect. Many thanks
The dress was not as pictured and was of poor quality. Return process is a nightmare, sell below email when trying to return:
"Sorry that the dress disappoints you. Sure you can get a refund for the dress you don't like. (custom size dress and accessories can not return) Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is too risky to return the package worldwide.
Based on a large number of previous user feedback, it might cost you $40-$70 to send it back. You might consult with the local USPS office about the shipping fee for sending the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China, besides, it may take 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use.
So please donate your dress within 14 days to GoodWill and you will get an (after deducting the shipping fee we paid for the package) 70% refund with the receipt or this case will be closed, we will refund you as soon as we get the receipt. A picture of it will be fine.
Or you can send it back to get a full refund after deducting the shipping fee for both ways.
We will be waiting for your kindly feedback."
I received an email that my shipping address was changed (I did not change my shipping address) I asked customer service to fix the issue and I still have not received any email in return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
I was so disappointed in this experience. We ordered this dress at the end of February for an April 29 event date. The dress was supposed to arrive on Mar 24. When I inquired about this, they asked me about the color for the lining. I went through the order process again at least 2 times, and there is no place to select this option. So I knew we were delayed then. I emailed back and forth with their team nearly every day trying to find out when this would ship. This could have all been resolved if they had just reached out when the order was placed.
What was irritating is they asked the same question - over and over. When is your event? I told them no less than 4 times the date. They kept saying it would ship in a few days - finally they said - they wouldn't be able to meet the date and would have to cancel the order. BUT they only refunded half of the order.
I get that this is the stated policy, but June Bridals is at fault for a horrible ordering process, lack of communicating they had missing information, inability to fulfill the order in time, and just overall poor communication.
I highly recommend you DO NOT order anything through this company. You will regret it.
As far as I'm concerned, Junebridals is fraudulent.
I ordered a wedding dress from here, finally received it from China- it was cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture.
I emailed their customer service to start the return process (they have no phone number), and got the following response:

After replying back and confirming that all they need for the 70% refund is a receipt, I donated the dress and sent the image back to them. I have not received a response or refund back, and it's been weeks.
I found a dress that I really liked on the website. After reading some reviews on this site and others, I decided to give it a try. I had one of the girls order the dress and I really liked it (even though it was clearly a knockoff of the one shown in the picture - no question there), so I decided to proceed with the other girls' dresses. I had a few of them bring their dresses this past weekend so I could see them together and each dress was different! Different shades of navy, different materials, different sleeve hems, etc. I am incredibly disappointed and am still trying to figure out whether I'm just going to swallow my pride and have them wear the mismatched dresses anyway. I tried to write a review on their website and it wouldn't let me, so all of the 'good reviews' are clearly scams as well.
One of my bridesmaids ordered this and it did not look like the picture and took a long time to come in. I decided to change my bridemaid dresses because of this
I truly believe that all of the positives reviews were purchased by the company themselves. It is a China based company which they are notorious for doing. I purchased two dresses from them and the quality is what is expect from a bad Wal-Mart costume. Not something you want to wear on your wedding day. Does not refund you or accept returns even when they mark the front of your dress with blue pen. Customer service is awful. Offered $10 refund for a dress that cost $200 and I cannot use because they ruined it before shipping.
I was so nervous about ordering online but my dress arrived today! Its a little snug but i am on a diet and there is room for adjustments if needed! The material is really nice! I am obsessed! Here are some pictures I took they aren't professional but i have not felt more like a bride than i did in my dress!
If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. I bought a dress from them, worth over $300 to be my reception dress for my wedding. They sent the dress and I had to return it because it was nothing like the picture. Customer service was very snappy and rude with me when I emailed them. I still haven't gotten my refund and it's been 5 months. They will not email me back. Do not buy from this site!
June Bridals is a complete rip-off. The dress I received is clearly a knock off of the designer dress pictured on their site, and the glowing reviews left for it are certainly fake. The dress I received has sewing mistakes, uneven and unsightly white cups, stains on it, and is made of cheap material in the skirt. I'm so disappointed. To make matters worse, June Bridals does not provide a shipping label to return dresses for free to them, so shipping it back from Canada, where I live, would have cost over a hundred dollars, plus potential import fees. It wasn't worth it to send it back and get a refund.
Don't waste your money!
Ordered what was supposed to be an elegant vintage style dress. What I received was a cheap knock off that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Their return policy is that you may return the item with approval and that your refund will be deducted shipping and handling fees. Beware! Do not buy.
I was hopeful and excited about this company and finding an affordable wedding dress. Unfortunately, communication and lack of response has been a huge issue. My biggest frustration was after the dress (and veil) arrived. The quality of the dress was decent, but was not in the color ordered (bright white rather than ivory). The quality of the veil was horrendous and again not ivory. I reached out to June Bridals via email (as they requested and I could not find a phone number). No answer. I emailed again. No answer. The website is clear that returns must be started within 14 days of receiving item and returns will NOT be accepted without prior approval from June Bridals (meaning, I can't just go ahead and mail it back without Customer Service responding first). I am quickly running out of time to return and still waiting to hear anything from June Bridals. I am extremely frustrated at the total lack of response from this company. Beware.

2/3-email that dress is being tailored and will take 20-25 days to be ready
2/28-email that dress is shipped (no tracking info)
"leave us a message" sent via website sometime that week requesting tracking info, no response
3/8-dress & veil arrived (via DHL), wrong color
3/12-sent email requesting return instructions, no response
3/13-TRACKING INFO received via email for the dress (even though dress had already been delivered the week before)
3/16-sent second email requesting return instructions, no response
3/18-"leave us a message" sent on June Bridals website, again requesting return information, no response

I have requested a refund through PayPal, seems this site is a scam, no items sent and they don't reply to any questions about a tracking number or order update, disappointed, I should have spent my money else where.
Answer: It will take 20-30 days normally. With rush service, it could be shorted to 15 days. :)

Answer: They say they will only refund if it is not a custom made dress. Make sure that you have contacted them through Live Chat first before you order, so you have an open ticket about your order.
