I have been with Jumpline for more then 6 months and during this period of time I have not experienced any problems. That is good. But I hope they will integrate more payment options so that would become much more easier to pay for their services.

They are that good and you won't be disappointed. I don't think I will ever leave. You won't either. Jumpline provider has fantastic prices on their hosting packages, their tech support is friendly and reliable, and the features available in the user control panel are nothing short of unbelievable.

They are amazing, Jumpline support help is so fast and they always find a way to fix it. Even if you are a novice when it comes to maintaining a website, this will not hinder you from being hands on with your own website. It is very easy to navigate the site builder and the servers are fast. I was even able to generate more income because of the free advertising that they offer.

I've been with Jumpline for 5 months and they've never let me down: Their prices are extremely competitive, their servers are fast and reliable. When our website reached its limits, technical customer support was extremely helpful by moving the entire site including databases and cron jobs to a new clustered hosting solution. Great service!

Now I have so much more control of my web server and confidence being supported by this reliable web host. I have been in the design business for 6 years and have moved many times. Jumpline impressed me with the features, speed, uptime and customer support.
Cpanel based hosting with a simple account interface, well worth the slight extra cost. Had one issue setting up an SSL account and they went the extra mile to resolve it to my satisfaction. Recommended.

Unlike many other providers doing support outsourcing, Jumpline is obviously the best one in many aspects. Within the span of a day I got this cheap little account to host 2 WordPress sites and one static site, all without additional fees. The cPanel is good. The WordPress install worked well. Everything so far is working out.

Very strong side of hosting - tech support. The live-support was most of the time very satisfying, I had only once a bigger issue with transferring a domain from a german registrar to Jumpline what appeared to be a language problem, but still everything works fine with them.

I looked online for reviews of Jumpline VPS hosting and found only positive reviews which I thought was fishy since it was too good to be true. I enjoy the up close and personal approach of the administrators and the support is always fast and accurate. My uptime has been fabulous and I love how much space I have for a relatively low price.

I always get support via email within a couple of hours, and I rarely experience downtime. I think that some people are a little cranky and expect a little too much for their money. Jumpline is GREAT! This is an awesome webhost.

They've always answered me ASAP and were able to set up my webmail account through Horde in a snap, which noone else has been able to do! Jumpline also have speedy cutomers service and live web chat and are truly available 24 hours!

I have been a Jumpline for about 3 months now. I have been very satisfied with the service. The pages of my website come up very quickly. There was a 1-2 month period in which something happened at Jumpline and I experienced a variety of problems. These problems have been rectified. They have been reliable and everything you could ask for in a host.

I have a Blogger based web site and it was not so hard for me to do the search for the web hosting account. I used google and found there Jumpline and decided to use them. Now I have been with them for a long time and for the time being with them I have never faced any issue. I installed my web application and now use that with no problem. That's why I can say how their support team is etc. But I believe that is a good reason ;).
