Pricing is excellent! I have enjoyed their service and would recommend Jumpline hosting to anyone. It also offer a very nice control panel with a large list of functions some of which cost extra at other hosting provider. I started using their shared hosting services when I needed additional storage space for my stock photography site.

Moving to Jumpline hosting account was the best decision I ever made with web hosting. Being able to call a live person by phone when you feel frustrated like sometimes happens when developing new sites and having always a timely response to support tickets is essential for our operation and my work enjoyment. I've always had prompt and helpful service from this web host in my personal projects, so I recommended them to my company when we started building a new site.

Their hosting servers just went down for two days and are still down. Even their marketing website is down. Idiot fly by night business, I have to migrate to GoDaddy if and when this ever gets fixed.

Was a client for over 20 years with no problems til this year. Attempts to fix email problems were unsuccessful. Impossible to speak with anyone since they've shut down phone support b/c of COVID-19 which makes no sense. Online chat is given to techs who can't do anything and refer all to 'admins' who are unresponsive. Finally decided to move to another company and found that they've been charging me more than the going rate for years and - more important - they have failed to make the necessary changes to allow the transfer telling me it would take 4 hours, then 2 days and most recently a week and still nothing has been done. Very disappointed and frustrated

This company isn't horrible unless you need help. Then they are useless. If you want to talk to a person you have to go through the slow online chat process, and then they just want to blow you off. Finally after the person could not tell me the answer to my problem I insisted on talking to a real person. So I finally got the number and waited on hold for about 15 minutes. The person I got couldn't answer any billing questions and the person who has any knowledge about billing and billing policies had left the office for the day by 3:00 PM. I have never received a response back, and all I want to do is cancel my service. I don't want my money back. I just want to be done with them. So avoid this company because they will hold you hostage for at least a year no matter what you do.

I have been with jumpline since about 2000 - 2001 or so. They *USED TO BE* worry free, easy going, and helpful! Support people *USED TO* take ownership and drive problems to closure quickly. Then they moved their operation to a new location. At the new location they discovered a whole new level of support -- the learned HOW TO SUCK! No more live people, only email support, no one takes ownership, and you cannot get tech competent people who know how to solve problems -- no hope of getting something resolve in less than 48 hours -- often it might take weeks -- REALLY! I could go on and on -- but what's the point. If you don't care about your stuff, then this is the perfect fit for you, because nowadays neither to they! (or at least that is how they act)

Jumpline is my new VPS hosting provider. I moved to it about 1 month ago and would like to share my feelings with them. These guys are very helpful. I had various stuff hosted on other web hosting providers and decided to keep all-in-one place. So Jumpline support team helped me to move everything from other places. At the moment I have never experienced downtime.

Jumpline deserve to be in the top listing of hosting providers. Excellent value for money. $10/month for good web hosting with plenty of bandwidth, may e-mail accounts, many extras (at no charge), and the best Technical Support I've come across - extremely responsive and very helpful.
They have tremendously improved the stability of their servers!

I do recommend Jumpline web hosting solutions. It was really hard choice as for me. I had considered and tested more then 10 companies and only after that I decided to go with this professional web host. They have not let me down. I hoped for the good service and now I'm getting what I was promised. Prices are not so high, uptime is almost 100 %.

I found Jumpline hosting deals in facebook about 4 months ago. They were helpful with setup of my site. They offer backups - this is cool. Making the switch of hosting provider (but keeping the old registrar) was a breeze! If they maintain this level of service, I'm sure we will be a customer for a long time to come. Thanks.

The two experiences were radically different. The other hosting company was happy to help with anything specific that we told them to do, but discovering the issue, analyzing it, and choosing the appropriate action was entirely our responsibility. Jumpline noticed that there was a problem and proactively took the initiative to analyze and respond.

Thanks, Jumpline, for saving me a few hours of frantically parsing log files on a Saturday afternoon, and three cheers for your team and especially for the engineer, don't remember his name.

Their support was incredibly — actually surprisingly — helpful and got the job done for me, including some strange stuff that required a specialist. I am really happy I switched and that they are helping me.

Having deleted the wrong sub domain I contacted Jumpline hosting provider. They emailed to say it could be restored and within a short time it was. This alone is enough to recommend them, especially when compared to my experience with other hosts. When I have contacted them with other support questions they have responded quickly and explained clearly. The level of service provided at such affordable prices is astonishing. Recommended! I'm amazed at the level of service that they provide given the price they charge. I feel Jumpline prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth and other resources you get. Their support is really worth it. Uptime is great and their promise (99.9% uptime guarantee) is correct.

I would recommend this host to anyone who asks me for quality, cheap web hosting. Jumpline tech team are simply the best when it comes to web hosting, the pricing is fantastic and the customer support is top notch. When ever I needed support jumpline was always there 24/7. 10 out of 10. I did have one billing issue with a new service. They resolved the issue very quickly and most satisfactorily.

I've been with Jumpline since May, 2013 and they have been amazing, they stay competitive and are always increasing their site space and offerings at to extra cost to me. The best thing is customer support, any question you have will be answered within 10 minutes.
The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen. I also just opened another site with them and I got a nice discount on that for already having another account with them so I thought that was nice. As for customer support I absolutely love it.
I would strongly recommend Jumpline to anyone who is looking for a good hosting company. Currently we are hosting 5 sites with them and have nothing but good things to say.

I've used Jumpline for a while now. I've never had any issues and love the ability to up all the server stats on the fly during our busy seasons. It is really nice to be able to submit a support request and have someone receive it that can actually analyze the issue and correct it, vs. someone reading off of a scripted tree so to speak.

Their business VPS web hosting deals are affordable. Good experience with Jumpline. Uptime has been nothing but the best and definitely lives up to their 99.9% uptime guarantee. Recommended. Very helpful and friendly staff are only the beginning! I find the longer I'm with the them the more I enjoy their hosting especially seeing how a few of my buddies are always complaining about the place hosted with.

I have been with Jumpline for several years now with no problems. I manage five domains on Cloudarion, maybe the people who are having so many problems didn't start in computers early enough or haven't studied computing enough. I started in 2008, maybe the problems are of their own making, or they expect too much. Everything works great.
