I have ordered many pieces of Jewelry and I am pleased with almost all of the pieces I have ordered, there were a few that were damaged in transit but overall my experience has been a positive one, I love the selection of jewelry and the value, my advice is to read All of the descriptions before you purchase.

I order some product on 12-12-2023, said two days busines delivery, one sta over in Arkansas form Tennessee, now told it will take one week to get product,No help on call line just excuses. One week to ship one state over? Really. It took two days to process order for pick up yet they dang sure billed me in the 12th.not shipped yet? So their two days business delivery is misleading and a false advertising. Like their products but customer service is truely lacking with their customer in mind.

Instead of stones being prong or bezel set, I'm finding they are glued in. You can often see the sloppy work on the back of the stone. Very disappointing.

What's going on at JTV? Why do they care about is new clientele. I have been shopping with them for at least 10 years. I don't feel like a valued customer anymore. The new clients get all of these new offers. I certainly didn't get these offers when I started buying from JTV. I hope JTV
Realizes they can lose their most valuable customers if they keep this up by The old customers in this way.

Saw Bella Luca dancing pendant on JTV late one night. Was in bed so didn't order. Next day called to order, asked for stretch pay, which was offered on TV. The rep was rude and said you can't get stretch pay unless you order from TV. I went ahead and ordered anyway. It took about a month to come. Rude reps, lousy service, unwilling to help. I will never order from JTV again. There are so many places to buy jewelry you would think they would be more customer friendly.

Ordered a silver chain broke the 4th time I wore it. Figured no big deal wasn't that expensive. I was going to try some higher quality diamond earrings. But say gold. Then they have that Rhodium in them. Cheap stuff that will turn you green. Can not wear costume jewerly can wear stearling for short periods at a time

These pieces are fairly decent copies of much more expensive jewelry. I have ordered from them three times and shipping is ALWAYS A PROBLEM. Items can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Now they are telling me it is because of Covid. There was NO COVID THE OTHER TIMES. I ordered two items over a month in advance as birthday presents they are not here. The last I heard I will have to wait another week to claim non delivery and then they will think about a refund.

Have spent much $ over the years; mostly disappointed by low quality of gems (many are cracked) or the "gold" color on top of brass or silver very often starts to disappear almost immediately. 14k gold prices comparative with other sites, so no bargain there. Only positive were Tahitian pearl items that seemed to be less expensive than at other sights, but you have to know your prices. If you actually manage to speak to CSR, person promises to give a credit, but i've never actually gotten a promised credit. Hard to connect with anyone who has interest in helping customer, so i've stopped ordering.

0.25CTW ROUND CHAMPAGNE & WHITE DIAMOND 10K YELLOW GOLD BAND RING
I bought this ring last July for myself for my birthday. I have a number of jewels real and costume that I like to mix and match. I bought two of these rings and wore them may be 3 times since then and noticed a tiny diamond missing. I am afraid to wear them again for fear that another stone might fall out. For the price I paid $344.23 for two I am seriously concerned about the quality and the manufacturers that are sending these items to the consumers, to us. It might be time to re-evaluate these items and to point out that what we see on TV as ex. 25 is really tiny, to be more transparent about these real diamond items. I have ordered many pieces of Bella recently and will be keeping an eye on the stones which are actually quite beautiful. I am now out of 1/2 of the $344.23. It would be great if I could get my money back or credit. I was planning on buying a Moissanite ring/item but now I am not sure. I also did not get a reply.

I ordered a turquoise pendent in early April and kept it for Mother's Day. I wanted to show my daughter and she noticed a stone was missing. I called and it had to be sent back by May 3 so I looked for the box and in the little plastic bag I found the stone. I do not think items are checked before being sent out which is disappointing. I have ordered rings which I the find out they catch on every thing. Why are they not checked before being sen. I am almost afraid to order any more jewelry from JTV

I just hung up the phone to confirm if my return had arrived back to your company. This is my first return from all the jewelry that I have purchased. However, there has been a few times more than often, that I've received customer service agents that were "nice nasty" and could pretty much feel their prejudice across the phone line. It's very disheartening and rude.

The unpleasantness is an unwanted feeling that echoes "we don't want your business". It's so sad.

When I started watching JTV about 6 years ago I was quite impressed. I learned quite about gemstones and gem grading. But now they are trying to copy ShopLC as far as stalling on the final price. Some of the host abuse the audience with how far they take it. If I am interested in an item I try to see if it is in the budget. I loose interest and change the channel. Be yourself it would be better if you do.

I purchased Bella Luce Rhodum Sterling tennis bracelet and the clasp
Was loose on the first one. I returned it to be repaired or to get a new one with a tighter clasp. To no aval the same thing happened and I ended up losing it. So I'm paying for something I no longer have. I recommend you purchase the insurance If you do purchase it.

I ordered DOD485,0.40CTW white diamond 10K yellow gold studs. Within 48 hrs of receiving the discovery of the broken backing on my floor and the one earring was now gone. I called JTV and was totally disappointed in the answers I received as a solution, that I could not return it, I could buy another pair, they would take another 20 percent off. I feel that any company should honor their craftsmanship, of their workmanship, if the workmanship is faulty, and in this case it was, otherwise the earring backing should never have broken, I would still have 2 earrings instead of only one..

I bought a beautiful prasiolite ring and wanted the pendant to match so I ordered this pendant last week... when it came I opened the box and was so disappointed. The chain was grey and very tarnished although it is stamped DC 925 on the lobster claw. And there was 925 on a peice of metal attached to the end of the chain. The chain may be 925 sterling but looked like a a poorly made knockoff from Wish that they tried to pass as 925 sterling. Not even a nice looking knockoff chain. I would be embarrased to be seen with this necklace on. Also while the stone in the pendant was very nice the green garnets are very very small. There is no 925 hallmark on the basket but I did find the 925 hallmark on the bail with very high magnification while taking pictures for this review. Pictures were taken with white background to best show actual color of chain. You can see the difference in color between the pendant and the chain. Pictures taken with Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone without flash.
Edit... not green garnets. They are green diamonds

I hand been reading about all of you worn refund problems, this is what I do, and i get results, first you call customer service and tell them that you want to speak to a supervisor, (a supervisor is ther only one who can give you credit to make things right) ther agent will ask you what is it concerning and will try to get you too tell them and then they will try to fix the problem, but they cant, I just tell them that I am a good customer, but a very unhappy customer and i want to make a complaint, that i don't wish to repete myself so its just best to have a supervisor call me back, they usually call in a day or 2, and I have my notes ready, and I will not hang up until I'm satisfied, and if they don't offer anything for my trouble, I make sure I tell them that I feel they should compensate me for my trouble, and they do, so stick to your guns, don't back down, and demand what you want until your satisfied. I have been long time customer with JTV just about as long as they have been on air. In the first years the gem stones were clear, the silver was heavy and well made. I started noticing that in the last 10 years or so that most of there products is made in China. The jewelry is poorly made, rings are thin, and the stones are cloudy. It is a hit a miss if you order items from them now. I have sent back more items in the last 9 years because of poor quality. Cloudy jem stones, and the repair shop. I have ordered many tems, recently tormelin rings where the stones where only three colors all group together and cloudy.
I have asked to exchange items and they are still cloudy stones and just as bad as the first order. I order a large cross with red garnet, rhodolite garnet, and black spinal, When I first received it, I noticed it was bent in several places. I sent it back to be repaired over a month ago and customer service keeps telling me that it has not been repaired yet. I am sort of nervous because I don't know how good the jewelers are at repairing items. I have been a Looooong Time customer 20 years or more and once I get my cross back, I seriously doubt if I will order anything else from JTV! Until they take control of the quality of their products, I would say don't order anything that you see the host wearing on TV! They will take the best one of the items shown, and you will get low quality items when you order them. Ever since they have source out their products to China and Thailand you can expect poor quality. They are more interested in the almighty dollar than customer satisfaction now, and there prices for just silver jewelry with nay stones are sky high and what you get is junk. Even if the items are 5 star ratings I am still leary of ordering. When I have ordered these items, I still got duds. They have beautiful designs, but poorly made, I wonder If these are new customers don't know how the good quality jewelry is supposed to look like?

I've been buying from JTV for years! I have hundreds of items. I have noticed a number of items I have bought that are "gold over" have worn off. Both yellow gold and rose gold. Very disappointing. Will stick to strictly sterling from them for now on.

I purchase a Moisonite fire gold plated ring... all the gold from the back has gone. You can see the white metal. Poor quality would never buy anything from this j tv.

Their product quality is going downhill. I am in the top 500 review contributors, but recently when I have given bad reviews for bad products, they are not being shown on the website. Two products I submitted two reviews, none of which was displayed for others to see. One product had many broken pieces, another product came with a shattered container of jewelry cleaner. People need to be aware of the bad as well as the good.

I have made two previous purchases from JTV and returned both of them because they looked cheap. This time I only paid $47 plus shipping for a lab-created ruby ring. I'll keep it because I don't want to pay the flat return cost plus shipping. And I'll wear the ring, even though there's a chip on the girdle that catches my fingernail! And the cushion cut top is crooked. I will keep it because the stone is a gorgeous red with the lavender hues of a true ruby, but I'll make sure to tell everyone it's JTV = crappy quality.

Tip for consumers:
One return = maybe I'm just too picky. Two returns = okay I'm not sold on their promises anymore. Three times burned = I'm not getting bargains, they're selling crap and I'm wasting my hard-earned cash. STAY AWAY!

I haven't received anything from JTV yet but I often check in on the channel to see what is being offered. Most times I give up after several minutes because they just chatter on endlessly without showing the piece they are selling. The hosts talk way too much about their personal lives and not enough about the jewelry pieces. Or there is a lot of drama about the item and much drum rolling only to feature something unimpressive.

Received my ring yesterday with high anticipation. I love the setting and size, but the stones were pathetic. Would look better with nice quality czs rather than such poor stone quality.

I wanted to give this company a try. My first order was a month ago. I was pleased with my purchase, I never received the new customer pack with the ring sizer. It took 3 calls to customer service to get the$20 cash they put on your account for new customers. I never received the face roller I supposedly won. I'll go back to my other online jewelers.

I have ordered several pieces of jewelry over a couple of months. Have returned some due to clasps breaking. I really do not feel that return shipping should be charged. Just received my first Bella Luce, earrings and necklace. Very inferior. Back on earrings stopped holding the first day. Not ordering anymore.
