My story is a repeat of so many other reviews - took forever to get my order, of course it doesn't fit. Poor quality, top doesn't look like the advertised item, shape is weird, sleeves too long, body too tight. I'm trying to return but their online chat doesn't work. In fact, I can't get their webpage to work at all. When trying to open a return, it says it doesn't recognize my password but ignores my requests to assign another one. It also doesn't recognize my order #, even though it gave me delivery confirmation on that order #. They have yet to respond to my emails for help. I've learned my lesson, I won't ever do this again.

I have made two previous purchases from JTV and returned both of them because they looked cheap. This time I only paid $47 plus shipping for a lab-created ruby ring. I'll keep it because I don't want to pay the flat return cost plus shipping. And I'll wear the ring, even though there's a chip on the girdle that catches my fingernail! And the cushion cut top is crooked. I will keep it because the stone is a gorgeous red with the lavender hues of a true ruby, but I'll make sure to tell everyone it's JTV = crappy quality.

Tip for consumers:
One return = maybe I'm just too picky. Two returns = okay I'm not sold on their promises anymore. Three times burned = I'm not getting bargains, they're selling crap and I'm wasting my hard-earned cash. STAY AWAY!
