*WISH I'd ordered from YOUR store the first time because Saks.com sent me the same pendant...Stuffed in a tiny plastic zip tight bag with no protection the chain was wrapped around the pendant and it was a very used one badly scratched and chain was so dirty and for $15 more as well! Saks.com gave me no Gucci packaging no Gucci jewelry bag. And I'm still waiting on a refund and a callback...
