Purchased a Gucci watch for my son. Was very happy that I chose to purchase from J. R. Dunn. My item needed to be ordered and I was informed of that the next day with a estimated delivery date that was right on schedule. Thought about ordering directly from Gucci, but in the past have found their customer service to be less than favorable. Would definitely recommend J.R.
