It was satisfied with every aspect of my purchase except the fact that I was not informed before my purchase that the item was not in stock. I recieved an e-mail after my purchase that due to it not being in stock it could hinder my delivery date until after Christmas as this was a Christmas gift. I am thankful it arrived in time.
Incredible customer service! Although I live in North Carolina and had to shop on line, Nina was lovely and helped me find this beautiful bracelet and have it delivered on time. The Gucci Ghost sterling silver ring came with permanent blemishes that I have tried to clean off, used sterling polish, and tried using baking soda and vinegar, and the ring still has a sizeable imperfection on one side of the ring
Thru email and response was given back to me very fast they didn't have the bracelet in the store but they found it in less time than what they had thought I was very please and I ordered the earrings also I am very happy with my purchase
The entire experience from finding the merchandise I was seeking online to making the actual purchase ran smoothly. I felt confident in choosing JR Dunn for the first time. The only issue I had was that I did NOT receive a confirmation of my purchase which caused a bit of alarm for me. I contact JR Dunn and they told me that the product was shipped and that I should receive the merchandise in a day or two. The merchandise did come and I was pleased with the outcome.
The service was great and the ring was beautiful but it was a gift for our 16 year old daughter for her bday. She put it on and we went to mall and by the time we came back, one of the stones fell out. She was so bummed on her bday and now we've returned it and have to wait to get a new one scared if it'll happen again :(

*WISH I'd ordered from YOUR store the first time because Saks.com sent me the same pendant...Stuffed in a tiny plastic zip tight bag with no protection the chain was wrapped around the pendant and it was a very used one badly scratched and chain was so dirty and for $15 more as well! Saks.com gave me no Gucci packaging no Gucci jewelry bag. And I'm still waiting on a refund and a callback...
I purchased a diamond initial necklace on line after purchase received an email the next day that the initial I requested was out of stock. When I asked why it wasn't indicated that it was out of stock before I purchased I got a very lame excuse that if it was in stock it would of said in stock but I'm a first time buyer so how would I know that.
And when I finally received my necklace I wasn't pleased with the size or shape did not look as advertised.

Btw, when the Bling10 coupon code didnt work, and then the text thing for a new code worked for a sec but then stopped, so I called the main number and Steve was very nice and gave me a code that worked so I could order my watch. Thank you
This was my 2nd purchase from JR Dunn. The items offered are quality items and the prices are reasonable. Prior to purchasing, I compared prices and JRDunn had the best prices. Customer service is impeccable and shipping is fast. I highly recommend JR Dunn.

Business History
While at IBM, Jim met his future wife, Ann Marie Pelliccia, who was working as an executive secretary. Like Jim, she was driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. She was 10 years old when her family immigrated to this country from Italy. It didn’t take long for Ann Marie to master the English language and become the interpreter for her father’s cabinet-making business. She went to work every day after school with her father from age 11 until she graduated high school. Soon after, she joined the team at IBM. “It was IBM that helped us forge our philosophies about customer service and business ethics,” said Ann Marie.
The couple married in 1969 and together decided to take a chance by starting a jewelry business. With their savings of $10,000, the couple purchased a small house in Hanover, MA and converted it into their first jewelry store, The House of Gems.
During the first year, their store was burglarized and every piece of jewelry was taken, including customers’ repairs. To make matters worse, the Dunns were in between insurance policies. The couple went from door to door informing and reassuring each client that their prized possessions would be replaced. Ann Marie and Jim paid for the stolen jewelry out of their own pockets to preserve their reputation of integrity and trust.
Word spread when the couple made good on their promise, and business began to grow by leaps and bounds. The House of Gems soon outgrew its tiny location. Jim and Ann Marie relocated the store to a nearby mall in South Weymouth, MA and changed the name to J.R. Dunn Jewelers, emphasizing the importance of the family-owned and operated business.
In 1978 the couple relocated to South Florida and opened a small jewelry boutique, serving a select clientele by appointment only. This is when the Dunns were fortunate enough to have 18-year-0ld Robert Pelliccia, Ann Marie’s brother, come on board at the age of 18 and eventually start creating one-of-a-kind custom creations for their discerning clients. It didn’t take long for J.R. Dunn Jewelers to outgrow its location once again; that brought about the monumental decision to purchase a 6,000 square-foot building on Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point, Florida.
Today, J.R. Dunn Jewelers has expanded to 8,000-square-feet showroom in Lighthouse Point and is an Official Rolex Jeweler conveniently located between Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale just and just under an hour from Miami.
