Although I was initially buying for the deep discount, I had difficulty making the purchase and had to ask for help via chat. The person informed me that the necklace I wanted was excluded from the discount but gave me a different code to enter. Although it wasn't the 20% I had been offered, was still happy they were willing to offer me some discount to move the merchandise.

Love my watch!

Love my watch! I originally purchased the two tone deco Madison mid but there was something about it that I didn't like, on me. I decided if I was going to splurge on me, I can afford to splurge a little more and get something I really liked. I purchased the Serein mid Sky watch and I'm obsessed.

I purchased from JR Dunn due to the legitimacy of the business, the years in service, and of course, I was able to use a promotional code for a good deal. Customer service here rocks.

Band was top quality at a reasonable price

Band was top quality at a reasonable price. Shipped quickly once it was available in inventory. JRDunn customer care contacted me via email within a few hours to inform me that the particular product was backordered and accurately estimated the ship date. Only had to wait 10 days to get the product.

Packaging was excessive - UPS box over another UPS box, containing sealed plastic bag then a tissue wrapped package that had a box with the watch band. Watch band was in a carrying case. Love the care for a quality delivery, just concerned about the waste and impact to our environment.

I am a return customer for a reason. This is my fifth of sixth purchase; and I wouldn't return if they didn't provide service when needed. When a very, very expensive bracelet had a defect, they took it back and repaired it with no arguments.

A flawless experience.I had an issue with the clasp; I wasn't sure how to open it. I called the store never thinking that anybody would help me during this Christmas season,but sure enough the woman that answered the phone actually helped me!She walked me through it and it was very easy! I was blown away that a live person even answered the phone and actually helped me. Within 60 seconds the clasp was opened, I was blown away!

You were the only site to have the Gucci necklace that I was looking for. The price was excellent, the same as the Gucci store would have charged, no upscale. The necklace was package in so many boxes, it could have survived a hurricane. Overall excellent experience from this jeweler, thank you.

Delivery with UPS restrictions were complicated
August 29, 2019

Delivery with UPS restrictions were complicated. Would have liked to have been able to opt for it to be left at the UPS facility with pickup with ID. Instead had to wait for multiple failed delivery attempts (>3) which caused a lot of frustration for me, my sister (recipient of gift) and probably a UPS driver that kept stopping at her house at the same time everyday while she was at work. Ultimately, about > 1 week later, she was able to pick up her gift at the UPS facility. UPS said we couldn't change any delivery options because of restriction placed by the sender.

Overall a great experience! I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get my order in time for the holidays as they emails me stating that the item I had order was out of stock. I contacted them and they immediately ensured me that they'd try their best to get it to me before the holidays and sure enough, they did! Very satisfied with my purchased and the receptant loves his ring. Would 100% come back and buy again. Great products and great customer service!

Great overall experience

Great overall experience. I gave the delivery time 3 stars due to the two weeks I had to wait for the item to be ordered. I understand it's not your fault and that the item needed to be ordered from the designer, but I wasn't thrilled. Over all I would still purchase again from you all. Best customer service I've ever had.

I hope everything is as viewed and purchased on the website as it will be when shipment arrives. Also I noticed there wasnt a secure lock symbol next to the web address at the top as I normally do not purchase from such websites, also was curious as to why the likac blossom and rose amethyst line wasnt on sale for mothers day, as it was the same price as I wouldnt gone through Tacori themselves?.Thank you and here's to hoping everything turns out great!

I ordered a ring
January 21, 2020

I ordered a ring. I received it in great time and the packaging and everything was perfectly lovely. However, the ring does not fit and I need to return it. I have emailed customer service two times and have heard nothing back and therefore not been able to return the ring. I have tried calling and was sent to a voicemail that was full and would not allow me to leave a message. Another failed attempt to complete this transaction. If anyone can get back to me that would be fantastic.

Great service and shipping time

Great service and shipping time.
The only thing shipping and duty was to high but specially when shipping in the US was free at this time.
I understand that internationnal shipping is always a challenge.

The overall experience was positive throughout with one negative aspect being that post checkout and based on a quick 2 Day delivery, I was then advised a couple of days later that the item was Not in Stock and would be 1-2 weeks delivery. Because I was not in a hurry to receive the item I did not cancel the order but felt that if an item is not in stock or available, the system should identify this to the buyer prior to checkout, not post sale.
