Disappointed initially to find these earrings were not in stock. No where during the ordering process was this mentioned and I only found out when I had to call customer service.

Then, it seemed that it would not get here in time. All of a sudden, it arrived with days to spare. I was thrilled to be able to present the Birthday Girl with the actual bracelet and not a picture. Excellent company. The way they packed and shipped one small necklace was incredible. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the first time that I have been completely impressed with the attention to protection taken. If all businesses could model J.R. Dunn it would be a perfect world.
