The new website is horrible. It shows you pages of things that have nothing to do with the item you search for your specific make, model and year bike. I loved the fact that I could look up a part and see if it was in stock at my local store. The store that started it all, Anamosa, Iowa. It is almost enough to drive me to the completion. Bikers are loyal, and Revzila seems to want to change that.

I ordered on Sunday at 7pm online and needed to make a change to the order. Called when they opened first thing Monday morning. The lady was super nice but said they couldn't do anything regarding the change to the order? Said it was in processing? Still didn't ship out for 4 days? Ridiculous policy! So if you order anything and need to change or cancel you have "seconds" her words to make changes and that's if it was ordered during working hours. I've done a lot of business here but have learned my lesson now. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.

Dan, We do apologize for your frustration. We looked into your order and see you placed it on 10/1 and it was processed and shipped on 10/2. This can be the downside of getting orders processed and shipped quickly. When processing orders quickly and using automated systems the time allowed to cancel or modify can be narrow.
