Received the tire in a couple days, took 10 days to receive the tube and flap. Began to wonder if something happened to the order or shipping.
Highway bar was poorly shipped.
Box was so poorly closed that it was half open, and hardware was loosely thrown in, washers, bolts and clamp was missing, only 2 bolts arrived with the bar. After reading other reviews about the same thing, they must outsource the shipping. Because whoever wrapped the items, really didn't care. I returned the entire order. Ordered from another site, and everything was perfectly packaged.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
