Headlight did not work out of the box, sent in and instead of replacing it they just wanted to refund my purchase. Taillight said it was plug and play. I need to wire in several wires to make it work. Not impressed

Ordered rocker box gasket kit and got something totally different. Returned order and ordered again and the same thing happened. Didn't come with umbrella valves like what was shown on the Internet. Very disappointed!

I needed a harley dash kit that was to be modified for a custom build and J&P had what I wanted at a good price. Shipping was very quick.
I needed some tires, tubes and rim straps. They had what I wanted at good prices. They weren't shipped together, which was fine, but it would have been nice if they would have told me that were going to ship that way.
Found what I needed quickly and ordered it got it in 2 days thanks j&p
Normal nothing extraordinary I didn't get anything special they didn't rush it. I didn't get free shipping. Some of the coupons are for 10% off. We're only for certain items not for the items I wanted to buy so it's just a regular experience.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
