I bought a new tire for my Indian. Took about a week to deliver. J&P had several to choose from that fit. The price was good, but another site had the same tire for slightly less on sale. With a quick online chat they price matches and placed the order.

As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
