Always prompt and the parts are always quality. I tried a different source, a few dollars cheaper and contrary to their claim the part did not fit.
JP did a great job again, BUT my seat was shipped to a different state. Someone clicked the wrong state, but once I noticed it on the tracking, I notified JP and they corrected it. Got the seat a few days later, not a problem.
